I have such a great experience EVERY SINGLE TIME !! Thanks to VALERIE on Lowe’s blvd in Killeen Tx. My kids hate going to the dentist so we request her because she’s so patient and makes my kids calm and comfortable. Even yikes I’ve been frustrated and rushing she’s always remained calm & very empathetic. So if your kids are not comfortable with their experience I recommend requesting Valerie . We love her !!

Been bringing my kids here for the last 3 years and every time they make us wait for at least an hour before even being seen. The whole experience is about a 1.5 to 2.5 hours. And they make you wear a mask like it’s 2020. I learned my lesson. We’re going to go somewhere else.

This week I chipped my tooth, my front tooth! Today I received exemplary service from a young lady by the name of Valerie. She informed of me things that were on my mind before I even asked. She made sure that I understood the process I was about to go through. She brought ease to a pretty horrible situation and I'm glad she was there.

The reviews on here terrified me! My son's insurance had switched us to Topaz Dentistry. We were in the waiting area and I saw the reviews. I was a nervous wreck.
However, we had an AMAZING experience. All the staff were friendly, professional, and kind.
My son is 17 with autism and schizoeffective. They were incredible with him. It made me want to cry tears of joy.
The dentist was thoughtful, caring, and professional. She helped make a sound decision about my son's wisdom teeth and referred us out. They gave us a sheet with options. So not just one choice but multiple. I appreciated that because it showed they truly cared.
So glad they're out new dentist office and very sorry others had a bad experience because this place is genuinely great.

We were hesitant coming here at first after reading all the reviews. I can tell you first hand this is an amazing group of people. I want to give a special shout out to Renee and Imaria, who ensured we were well taken care of from the time we entered the door to the time we left. We knew we were in great hands not 2 seconds after Renee greeted us. GOOD JOB YOU TWO!!!!!!!!

The worst dentist visits i have experienced. Have been taking my 4 children there since it used to be kool smiles. But now this new topaz dentists are so rude and not good with children. Last 3 visits staff is miserable and rude. Waited over 2 hours. This last visit will be the last i take my kids there. Dont take small children there u will regret it. They are not gentle or patient. This 1 star is too much for them.
Trust the reviews. Dont trust this office with ur babies. I feel so bad for putting my 4 year old through this terrible experience with rough dentist. Was more like a torture. No people skills.
Kids cant even play in there small stupid wack play area. So lazy to sanitize daily.

My first time coming to topaz dentistry was great even though I was in pain Ms Maria and Ms Valerie were amazing and gave phenomenal customer service Ms Maria informed me of a discount I could receive being that one of my insurances didn’t cover my full procedure I needed to be done and Ms valerie as well was able to help do my X-rays and get me a perfect date for my appointment being that the insurance was almost up luckily I could use another insurance and they were still able to take that and get me a cheaper affordable payment I will definitely be coming back to get more teeth work done

My kids have been coming to this dental clinic since it was called “KOOL SMILES” many years ago. Ever since they changed to “Topaz” the experience have been worse and worse every visit. You make an appt but end up waiting an hour to get seen. They have dropped or rescheduled appointments without notice. Stay away from this establishment.
