Come in have cavity and have to go back another day all dentist would had fixed it right then and your prices are way to expensive

New office manager was very Condescending today! Instead of accepting responsibility when I approached him for HIS poor customer service he preferred to make excuses for his behavior. He literally told me that he was “educating” me I simply asked him to complete a request with my new insurance carrier for a nightguard- His response was not just condescending but he made me feel like my request inconvenienced him.
The new dentist and hygienist that I had were great though!
I’ve had mixed feelings with my past experience with this practice but the managers behavior simply the last straw for me.

Top Tier dentists & patient experience! I highly recommended Kyle Parkway. I’ve had to visit for wisdom teeth and cleanings and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They’re amazing at what they do; from front desk check in, x-rays, doctors/dental hygienists, front desk check out…everyone was great! My family will be coming back here for any dental needs. Today was my first visit to Kyle Parkway Dentistry for an annual exam and cleaning.
The office is high tech, beautiful and very clean. The staff was professional, efficient and friendly. I liked that I was able to fill out all the needed paperwork online prior to my appointment. The wait time was minimal before I was called back for X-rays.
Dr. Z did my exam and cleaning assisted by Macy.
I found them both to be very professional, friendly and personable. By far the most gentle dentist I’ve ever visited!
I will most certainly continue to use Dr. Z and Kyle Parkway dentistry for my dental needs.

They are so great at making you comfortable for those with dentist anxiety. The front desk is very knowledgeable. The dental assistants are super nice & gentle during the x-ray process. The dentist is not one of those that just want to make money. He will suggest what is truly needed and is careful with any procedure, little no to pain.

I came here today to fix my temporary crown. Dr Juhi and asst Diandra (Dee) are awesome and comforting. I’ve been here three times already and it’s been amazing all the time. Dr Juhi is always there to make sure everything is perfect! Today, I enjoyed my dental time chatting with Dee. Almost like I just came for a coffee break!
Also, I would like to thank the receptionist and all the staff! You guys are the best!

I posted the review below about 5-6 days ago. And I stand corrected. They quickly addressed my issue and mailed me a check. Thank you for that. This speaks volumes for you to go back and do this. I greatly appreciate that you took the time out to do this.
The staff was great and sweet back a few years ago when I went. The only issue I had was with the financial check out person. I have private dental insurance through my employer. My insurance had covered my visit 100% that day. I needed a lot of future work done so they made a three visit plan and again my insurance would cover about 80-90% of total cost on the future visits. However, their accounting or financial check out person really pressured me on paying something towards my future cost 🤦🏻♀️. I didn’t see the need for that since we still had to wait and bill my insurance in the future. Anyway long story short I felt pressured and I put some money towards my future cost. I never went back for that same reason and when asked about being reimbursed they asked for me to go back in and take my debit card used at that time to have it reimbursed. I’ve changed banks since then and didn’t feel like going through any trouble so I had to just consider it a loss and move on. So again great front staff and dental staff it was just the not so pleasant pressure of putting money towards future cost when insurance hasn’t even been billed yet or dental work hasn’t been done.

I chose Kyle Parkway Dentistry after reading the good reviews and after needing a new dentist being a new Kyle resident! They have exceeded my expectations so far, especially today when I had to get a root canal done through a crown. I had to see the endodontist to do that and he was fantastic, along with his assistant, Aja! They were so friendly and caring and made sure I was comfortable. Getting a root canal is not a fun experience at all but they definitely made it the best case scenario. Everyone there at the front has been so friendly as well! Highly, highly recommend this practice.
