Dr. Lou and the staff at Modern Denistry in Lake Jackson are amazing! The definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Very compassionate to your needs and wants. Been a patient 2 years. Called this am for routine cleaning and whoever answered phone was extremely rude, disrespectful and basically told me it would be 3/2023 before they could help, then told me they did not take my insurance without even verifying. Then hung up on me. Worst place ever. I was there my first visit 4 hours for a simple cleaning.

This WAS a good place. Management doesn’t return call on urgent issues. As the end of my braces come to light, this office has gotten worse and worse. If you like your doctors office or your orthodontist or your dental office to return your phone calls I would not suggest this place.
Update: my orthodontist left a day or two after taking my braces off therefore I never got a follow up after my braces were taken off. Glue residue still remains on my teeth until I find someone else. No additional images were taken after my braces were removed. I will never return to this place again. I will be also looking into a refund and I’m looking into an attorney for that because I believe I have to have braces again.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. Tammy Goodwin at this location is very rude and unhelpful. She would not let me speak and kept hanging up on me. This staff is very rude and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Customer service is a dying art, they really need to learn compassion.

The best Dental office I’ve ever been too. The staff from the receptionist Stephanie, the assistant Jackie and of course the Dentist is awesome! Super friendly and you always feel welcomed/appreciated from the moment you walk through the door! Your dental health is taken very serious. A+++++

Everyone is very friendly. I loved that my visit started off with the dentist talking to me instead of just seeing him for 2 minutes at the end of the exam as I have experienced at some places. Got called back in a timely manner and am very impressed with the efficiency of the staff.

Honestly the staff was nice but the service of the dentist was very poor! She had poor communication skills basically did x-rays n told me what the problem was n sent me on my way. No cleaning, no help to solve my issue, or take the pain away, no prescription, no nothing. The hygienists gave me a great run dwn of the plan had me feeling postive on them fixing the problems. Then left the room n nothing happened, except the receptionist telling me that I needed to schedule an an appointment to come back in two weeks. Never again...

I’ve been coming to Modern Dentistry for about 3 years now for my dental and orthodontist visits and I love it. Always professional and I’m in and out quickly. Stephanie at the front desk is always so polite and Tricia has always been a joy as well. Highly recommend!

Hands down the absolute BEST dentist office ever! Stephanie at the front desk is so welcoming, financially informative, and explains everything in great detail! The dental assistants and dental hygienists are amazing at what they do as well! You will truly feel comfortable and feel at home here!
