I had to come in for an emergency check up. The staff was so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. They explained everything that was going to be done and they were very helpful. I had to come back in for an extraction. I had previously had a horrible experience at another place, so I was afraid of going through the same thing and feeling all the pain again. I'm very thankful that everyone was extremely patient with me and so helpful and reassuring! That didn't happen at all at the other place! I freaked out a little during the extraction and they kept reassuring me that I was not going to feel pain. I really didn't feel any pain at all! It was all just me thinking that I would like at the previous place I had gone to. Everyone was really nice and I'm so glad I found this place! I'm only going here from now on! It's the next day after my extraction and I feel no pain at all and there's no swelling! I can't thank them enough for taking their time with me! Everything was great! I REALLY do recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience. Dr. Obaid was extremely thorough and I didn't feel any pain during my treatment. Erick, the hygienist, was super friendly and very gentle during my cleaning. They both took the time to educate me about the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for the amazing service!

This place was better than I expected. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I wanted open communication with everything that was happening and that’s exactly what they gave me. My tooth extraction was relaxing and as painless as possible. Everyone was very patient with me and it’s exactly what I wanted. Came all the way from corpus in hope for something like this and I am Ecstatic that I found it! I’m definitely coming back.

I'm really glad I chose this Dentistry! My experience was great and it starts as soon as you walk in. The front staff is so nice and friendly and the treatment coordinator explains everything so perfectly. I get so much anxiety before a dental visit due to past experiences, and they made me feel so relaxed. The new dental hygienist is awesome and I will forever be his patient!!! 😊

Awesome pain-free experience! Had a root canal done, and didn’t feel a thing! Hygienist was awesome explained the process step by step, and not mention the friendly staff made you feel so comfortable 😊

One of the best places I've gone to for dental work. They listen to your concerns and help you find the most cost effective and lasting ways to get your smile back without so much stress. Really a fantastic team. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they are absolutely wonderful people.

This place has excellent staff, but it saddens me that I can’t say the same for Mr. Obaid. He is very unprofessional. I had a question after getting my fillings and he scuffed and looked annoyed. I asked a question because I saw a dark stain on my teeth, and he gave me attitude. After he explained why, he just got up and left after the assistant asked if he could lift my chair. He just stormed out of the room. I have seen several other reviews stating the same about this individual. If he’s around, you’re better off not asking any questions.

Tldr: staff is friendly, I just had a bad experience, but will probably still return for future services.

Staff is extremely friendly, I just want to get that out of the way. Environmental is exceptional, and the facilities is very up to date with very nice equipment.

My problems arises with the few recent visits I have had. I originally went in for a consultation, and then was told about a few things I needed, but my main concern was that I was having pain in my teeth. They weren't very helpful in explaining the reasons I was having this pain, but regardless I knew that my wisdom teeth were causing some of the pain. I set up an appointment to have them removed, and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Removal was fine, I didn't feel anything just mild discomfort. It was after the surgery that I have been feeling a lot of pain. It has been a week after the surgery and my pain is still just as bad. I have to be taking pain medication constantly because of the discomfort I have been feeling.

I went in for my follow up appointment to let them know of the pain I was having, but I think they just forgot about everything I told them. I was supposed to be just in and out quickly on this appointment but was there for over an hour in the examination room. For reference, the removal didn't even take that long. I attempted to tell them again that I was having pain and discomfort from the stitches, but was told that it will go away. They did not tell me anything further on to why I was having the pain.

The pain has reduced but only slightly and the area of the extraction continues to bleed. I am still taking the medicine they prescribed but now I am running out. I am not an expert on this, but it simply doesn't feel like it's healing correctly.

I am overall disappointed in the level and quality of care I received, especially for the price.

0 recommendations. What should be a simple orthodontic procedure has become just a costly waste of time. If I could get out of my contract I would. The doctor is demeaning and I can't wrap my head around how so many workers in my town just take no pride in their work or, especially in the health care profession , just don't care about their patients. I am so disappointed. I wish our town took more effort into providing quality work and care.
