I went to my first appointment with this dentist and they did such an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Elizabeth is a professional and very kind. I was expecting just to be seen and then going back home. But she did a deep cleaning the same day and they explained very clearly about insurance and payment plans. The staff is all very friendly and approachable. 😊

I used to have a dentist anxiety, but once I started going to this place, I am getting way better. I would say I do not have dentist anxiety anymore. All dentists and staff members look out for your well being, they are very gentle while performing any procedure. I love this Dentistry and I recommend them to everyone. Plus their office has this beautiful view to the lake while you are sitting in the dentist chair.

My visit to Creekview Family Dentisty was great! I was greeted by name upon entering the office and given the appropriate paperwork to fill out. I was taken back for my service and was able to ask questions of Dr. Samuel who provided great answers. Worth noting, the view from the exam room was spectacular and calming as you look out on the lake. Thanks again for the great experience.

Dr. Samuel and staff are very friendly. A good dentist is hard to find. Dr. Samuel took her time with me and took the time to get to know me. That made it easy for me to tell her about my dental problems and get her feedback. Great communication, great customer service, and a caring heart, makes for a great day at the dental office.

One of your representatives was promoting your service, I paid $75 for the service. They now telling me that they will not offer the service to me because I do not have the brochure that their representative left with me. I have the receipt of payment and my bank statement reflects that I paid for the service. The person who scheduled my appointment told me a bank statement and my receipt of payment will be sufficient because they just want to see that I made a payment. Now today, some is telling me that I need the brochure otherwise I need to pay $25 for a lost brochure. How GREEDY can you be? This is terrible and unacceptable.

This company has a scam marketer, poorly trained front desk and inconsistent rules/ policies leading to losing customer’s money. A friend of mine pre-paid for a service based off the brochure claimed to be legitimate and promoted by a third party marketer by this dentist office. When a customer friend called this office, she was told providing a receipt of payment and bank statement account (which reflected money was taken by the office) would be sufficient to provide the service already paid and so a service was scheduled. Things happen and the service originally scheduled needs to be modified/changed. Now, representative from the office is saying that receipt and bank statement is NOT sufficient to provide the service and the BROCHURE cost ( yes brochure) is required to provide pre-paid service. There’s a scam somewhere here. Either this company scammed a customer friend or a marketer they hired is pocketing money. Bottom line, money lost and unfortunately trust is lost as a domino effect from front, marketer,
to the hopefully professional dentist.

Dr Liz is amazing…she so gentle so kind….she make you feel relax…when you’re really scared….she tells you what she’s doing and why….she is the dentist to go to….always available to help….a real rockstar…her staff is amazing…..a big smile greets you when you walk in.
