I was looking to make a change of dentists and am very happy to have found Dr.Brian DoLive DDS. From the moment I called to ask if they would accept us as new patients, every contact with staff, hygienist, and doctors has been friendly and personable. Some dentist seem to be in factory mode, “get them in push them out” with little if any personal level concern. It is evident that everyone in this office cares to provide dental care for the sake of their patients. I’d give them 10 stars if possible.

I recently moved to Longview and had my first visit to Dr Dolive’s Office yesterday. I can honestly say that I have never had such an awesome experience at a doctor’s office. Their customer service is over the top! Very welcoming. Everyone is genuinely friendly from the front desk to Dr Dolive. I met most of the staff including Dr Acres as well. They make you feel like family. I never felt rushed. Today I received a thank you note from them with a message from each. I want to thank them for the excellent care & the grand welcome!

First time I have ever visit and it was the best dentist I have ever met.. Very nice people and they were able to squish me in soon as possible because I was having tooth pains. Dr was gentle and took it easy when doing a root canal... I hate needles and the dr was caring and knew what he was doing.. the dr was so nice he called to check in on me the next day.. I love this place I will be going back for sure..
