I have used Dr. Marshall for over 20 years. I have always received excellent care and personal service from him. Every employee I come in contact with is always nice, friendly and professional. I have recommended Lubbock Dental Care to many people and coworkers. I highly recommend them.

I woke up with terrible dental pain and did not have the time to book an appointment with a dentist. A co-worker quickly booked an appointment with lubbock dental care, and we arrived shortly.
The staff did not waste a minute and directed me to the practitioner. Soon I was relieved from the pain, and they gave me further assistance.

What a great experience. After struggling to find a dentist over the last couple years, I’ve finally found a home. No hassles, very friendly staff. I really felt like the Doc and hygienist sincerely cared about my teeth. If your looking for a place that makes you feel at home, look no further. Thanks Lubbock Dental!

I’ve been Dr. Marshall’s patient for many years. He and his staff are always courteous and friendly. They’ve made me feel at ease in an environment that normally is very stressful for many people. I’ve never once been in any pain, in spite of having multiple procedures through out the years. Any dentist who can pull that off, gets Five Stars from me every time!! Thank you, Dr. Marshall.

Always fast and friendly. They always see me on time and I feel like I got my money's worth after each visit. I never have trouble getting an appointment. They schedule all of my children for the same time block so I don't have to waste my whole day.

It’s been a frustrating experience for my son and my wife. Recently, they took her insurance, made a couple of appointments, finally did the procedure and then we got a bill two weeks later saying our insurance didn’t cover a particular procedure cause we didn’t meet the minimum time requirements. I just feel like that’s something they should review with you when they give you the estimated costs. We paid in full the day of the procedure only to receive over a $400 bill two weeks later. Most doctors review what your insurance covers and what it does not. We missed the deadline by a couple of weeks. Don’t you think they could have delayed the appointment? I think so.
Also, they upsold my son to a medicated mouth rinse. He went in for an annual teeth cleaning and they convinced him to do a “better” teeth cleaning procedure. We paid the bill in full. He’s a college student. They scheduled a follow up with him a few weeks later while he’s away in college. He called to cancel after he realized that. We got a $40 missed appointment bill.
Something’s changed recently. I quite enjoy Dr. Marshall, but something has changed in the office. Now we’re left with $440 to pay for things we feel the office could have assisted us with.

To tell you the truth, this is the only Dentist service I’ve ever known. My kids & I started coming here for many many years ago & I still love their services & friendly staff. I have always recommended them to friends & family and will continue doing so If anyone asks. Thank you for such great customer service!!!

Dr. Dyal and hygienist Sherla were professional and helpful on my visit. I had not seen a dentist in 15 years and dreaded the experience. Everyone here was comforting and supportive.

Update. Original review was in February and I've changed it to 1 star in October.
Dr. Dyal recommended a crown for one of my teeth and he did the initial buildup in February. My insurance rejected the claim citing `insufficient evidence of extensive loss of tooth structure`. I received a second opinion based on x-rays taken in January and that dentist couldn't find cause for a crown to have been recommended. He also noted the temporary crown was too small which is why I had been experience chronic pain and sensitivity.
Since the build up was done, I now need a permanent crown. I'm stuck in the stressful situation of trying to work with my insurance and two different dentist to handle ~$2500 in dental fees for what may have been painful unnecessary procedure. :(
Update December 2020: In the end my insurance refused to pay for the entire procedure as they deemed it unnecessary. I had to pay all the fees out of pocket. :(
