To say my experience at Games was amazing is a complete understatement! I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I have never felt so comfortable and most of all pleased with the wonderful service that was provided to me. Especially by the awesome assistant who helped me out, Brenda. She was able to explain everything thoroughly and did an excellent job from the beginning till the end of my visit. I will definitely be recommending this dentistry thanks to the best customer service that was provided by her!

I had a great experience here. The assistant Brenda was very friendly and respectful and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! I asked the front staff for her as my assistant due to the good reviews, and they were definitely right! She’s an amazing assistant, she’s caring and courteous and definitely lived up to the expectation. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Loved my visit! I took my 6 month old baby and was nervous at first, but the lovely assistant Brenda made me feel very comfortable and treated my daughter as if she was her own. Brenda was very informative about the clinic and let me know how they see all ages and answered all the questions I asked. I will definitely be going as a patient myself!

Have been getting calls from this office numerous times. I had never attended this office nor had I never granted access to my personal information. Then, coincidentally my child’s daycare that’s 10 miles away from the dental office has games dental flyers; that “someone dropped off”. This is not a coincidence either the daycare is sharing information they shouldn’t or the dental office is getting kids names from the daycare. It’s like prank calling; always the same receptionist.

My experience as their client was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and their work environment was clean. Doc was polite and excellent at providing explanations as to the procedures that would be performed. Their assistant Brenda also was very informative, greatly skilled, and helped me feel comfortable during my visit.

I paid for a PORCELAIN crown and this is what he was going to put on me! I told him let me see it and he covered the silver part with his fingers exposing only the small amount of white. I was in shock to say the least! That was not what I paid for! He then told me that no dentist was going to be able to do a porcelain crown because of the way my tooth was and that he had already told me that it was going to be metal. I told him he was lying and I would have never approved to pay for a silver crown. He said he could refund my money back after I refused to have him put that ugly thing on my tooth. He was RUDE and you could tell he was getting upset at me for refusing that ugly silver crown. I repeated to him again and told him "so your telling me that no other dentist will be able to do a porcelain crown for me" and he said well yes but it will fall off within a year. I said I will take my chances with another dentist and left after i got my FULL REFUND! NEVER GOING BACK!

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff… would highly recommend to anyone!!! Dentist Fan Zhou & assistant Brenda did a great job with my daughter’s tooth extraction.

I’ve been going to Games Dental for over 5 years. My two boys always get their cleaning and any dental work here. They also take Care Credit for when children require a lot of work. It has been rare for us to use, but it’s always a good thing to know that they do. My son went in 2 days ago to get his wisdom teeth removed. It took several applications of anesthesia to fully numb his gums and begin with the extraction. However the dentist and the assistant were very patient, they were never in a rush to get us out of there or begin the process with him not fully numb. After he was numb it was fairly quick & the dentist kept explaining his process. He was prescribed several medications for home care. My son is feeling great and he was very content with the work done. He felt very much at ease being this was his first time getting major dental work, he usually just gets cleanings. I recommend Games Dental, if you’re looking for a dentist office with good work ethic.

From start to finish! Games dental exceeded my expectations!! The lovely assistant Brenda took my X-rays in the most gentle and efficient way and Rochelle did my cleaning to perfection leaving my teeth shiny white!! Finally Dr Zhou did amazing at explaining and fixing some of my cavities..

Waste of time!! Poor communication. My son was suppose to have ANOTHER surgery, they called me today and reminded me of the appointment, yet their only seeing patients if their in pain. I explained to the lady who answered the phone that Friday our daughters service dog who is a huge part of not just her life, but our whole family's was diagnosed with Parvovirus. Was given a 5% survival rate. Although he is doing a little better TODAY. They usually don't allo families to visit with dogs hospitalize in his condition, they let us visit for hours today. We left our visits what could easily he the last time we see him alive!! For an appointment when the dentist didn't even see my son whose these keep chipping breaking, and falling out due to poor roots. I am furious and more heartbroken. We will be looking for another dentist!!
