Terrible customer service! My son had terrible tooth pain and I scheduled an appointment for him. The soonest he could be seen was in a week. He was an established patient before the previous dentist retired and the office said I need to change the Dr’s name on the insurance card before he could be seen and that they would give me the number to call. They didn’t have the number and said they would text it to me, yet they never did. Then last Friday they called to verify the appointment and I told them I never received the text with the phone number I needed. They said they sent it but they lied. They had the right phone number (obviously because they used the same number to call me) So they asked for my email and said they would send it via email. They did not. They sent other forms which I filled out before hand but no phone number was sent to change the Dr on the insurance. So this morning they called to ask if I changed it and I said I still had not received it. So they finally gave it to me over the phone. I was on hold for 2 HOURS trying to change it and then the call was ended. He missed his appointment because of it and they said he would have to wait another week KNOWING that he has been in PAIN for a week already and they said I just had to be patient waiting for a representative for the insurance! I went to another dentist for help and found out they gave me the wrong phone number to call and they gave me the correct number and I got the change of dentist done in less than 3 MINUTES! And I definitely did not use Dr Meza as the new dentist. If his office is this bad, how can I trust this dentist? I wish the previous dentist hadn’t retired. Dr Meza now has lost an entire family of patients now that have been going there for 35 YEARS all because of his office staff. My parents, my brother, my children and I have decided Never to return.

Dr Meza and his team, from the receptionist, biller, dental assistants, and hygienist, provide a welcoming and warm experience. They explain the best treatment plan and other treatment alternatives while including the patient in the process. Give them a try, I am happy I did!

This practice has a kind and attentive staff. A very thorough exam, including oral cancer screening and checking the jaw hinge. Definitely appreciated the attention to detail.
They are AMAZING with kids! My 5 year old has attended dentist appointments twice a year with a different dentist (and even a pediatric dentist) since he was 2 and they were unable to clean his teeth or even count them. This staff had him laughing and he had a complete visit including X-rays, a full cleaning and visit without fighting. It helped remove his fear of the dentist and he had so much fun!

Eddie was a helpful,kind,and resourceful. Dr.Meza was also kind and resourceful. It was my first time as a patient with these two and I will definitely continue being a patient. I highly recommend Dr.Meza him and his staff are the best

I had high hopes for this dental office because a friend recommended it to me. But I was highly disappointed. I booked my appt 3 weeks in advance verified on 2 different occasions that my insurance was in network and that they requested my dental records from previous dentist. Just to come find out the morning off they never received the records and no one followed up. I called previous dentist got records sent. Did all my paperwork and added my insurance on the Portal hours before my appointment. Come to my appointment to find out that my insurance is not in network now because they verified it while I was in the waiting area. Total waste of my time. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone! Pointless to call so many times and be lied to that they verified insurance.
