I have been coming here for years for my 6 month cleanings. However, every single time I come, I wait for at least 1-2 hours even though I show up before my appointment time.

For example, in my last appointment for a cleaning, I showed up early to my appointment and still waited TWO hours until I simply decided to leave. I would have probably waited another hour if I hadn’t lost my patience and left. That is just unacceptable. They should have just given me an appointment at least two hours from when I was initially booked.

When I do finally get seen for my appointment, the dentist does the bare minimum, quickly cleaning my teeth before sending me off. No check/mention of issues with my jaw placement are made despite having been told by 3 other dentists that I do.

I’m done with this dentistry.

This had been my dentistry for a while when it was Sooth dental, they changed the name now that there's a new dentist. I have been compliant with my routine check ups and had been cleared in the last visit when Dr.Lopez was still there so I was surprised on my next check up when the new dentist told me I needed multiple crowns and that many of my previous fillings were failing and would need to be replaced. I left with an expensive quote that had three pages of dental work listed. I got a second opinion where I was told I didn't need any crowns and that only one of my fillings had failed. I've switched dentists since. My profile name is a nick name, please don't try to get in contact with me I just want to move on.

Went to Sooth dental for yearly check up and was told I needed filling and a crown. I had never had tooth pain before having these procedures performed. I had several fillings completed and began having pain after these procedures and was even getting a lot of food stuck in between my teeth when I had never had this issue before. I also had a crown placed but since day 1 I had mentioned the fit was too tight and it felt really high. Needless to say they left it that way as it would “settle”. 2 months later it never settled and began having the worst tooth ache with my teeth beginning to shift. Had to seek a different dentist who said she had to completely remove the crown and placed a new one. It felt much better after that.
So I do not recommend this place to anyone out there.

Dr. Ebere and the rest of the Sooth dental team were awesome. They were friendly, informative, patient and really work with you financially. I would recommend to anyone.

Set up my appointment months ago. Was called last week and messaged week to confirm appointment time, which I did. To be called 24hrs before appointment to confirm again (original time) and be told that my appointment time would be changed due to “new management hours”. Appointments set previously before the new management should be respected as people make accommodations or at least notify more than 24 hrs in advance. When I was called last week to confirm I was unable to answer, I called back and I guess it was the new dentist who answered since Dr. López is no longer there and he was very RUDE.

This place is a scam.
They try and get you to do work you don’t need.
I didn’t need any filings or any work at all and they wanted to “replace” fillings that did not need to be replaced (I got a second opinion). They also do a check up, and then schedule you for work on a different day instead of just doing it all in 1 appointment.
There hours are also ridiculous. M-W 8-4 . What a joke.

I loved my experience at this office from start to end! The staff was so helpful and Dr. Lopez was very kind and patient. They really go out of their way to provide a thoughtful and excellent patient experience. Definitely recommend :)

Staff is kind. Doctors are rude and pushy with little to no explanation. Made rude comments about my ability to afford dental care. Would not recommend even in an emergency.

First time visiting Dr. Lopez & staff at Floss Dental. All I can say is WOW!!!!!! From the moment I walked in I could sense a very friendly and spa like atmosphere. I was treated with genuine courtesy and respect along with many friendly faces. FLOSS is a must for those looking for an extraordinary experience not commonly seen in the dental arena. Dr. Lopez rolled out the red carpet and treated me like family. Her explanation was very thorough and made me feel at ease and involved in my dental care. Hats off to the RGV’s most unique, state of the art and friendly dental office. I highly recommend FLOSS Dental where you will leave with the biggest and brightest smile!!

I called the office from another dental office as an employee and have never experienced such disrespect. I spoke with the manager who talked with a superiority complex and hung up the call before I was done speaking. I do not recommend talking to the manager, the staff is much easier to communicate with.
