I have been to many different dentistry’s and they all have had their ups and downs. Top Dental however was overall amazing and honestly no downside to this place. Your greeted with a smile when you walk in the order, they are so organized and have everything ready for you fill out and highlighted. I love that information needing to fill out was minimal. The place has a modern yet home like feel to it. I thought the some touches like have chargers or iPhones and androids in the waiting area for you to use was very thoughtful and also you get to control the remote if you would like to watch Netflix lol. Thought I throw that one in their. There is no long wait, doctor explains everything to your understanding, and tells you all the different options. What was looking like a surgical extraction Dr. was able to make it a simple extraction. Go to show how dedicated he really is at trying to do his best. I could the joy fullness in his voice when he told me he was able to save me money. This put a smile to my heart. I was also a private pay patient and this is most definitely affordable! Thank you to the dental assistant and all the front staff for being genuinely cheerful and helpful. Thank you for the customer service over the phone. I felt at home and I will definitely be making you guys my primary dentistry not just for myself but, my family as well.

After reading all the great reviews on here I thought I’d give this place a try. The staff and dental assistants are great ...the Dentist on the other hand was not . I visited this place twice and each time he would look at my x rays in frustration of all the work I needed to get done . The 2nd time I visited he said “ oh you have horrible horrible cavities and shook his head “ .I wanted this place to be where I could achieve that perfect smile I’ve been wanting :( but this place was not it . If you don’t want to be put down don’t come here . Especially if you have anxiety he won’t work with you .This place lost me as a customer.

Went in for a tooth extraction and was treated greatly!! I've had an extraction done before but, Top Dental actually provided me with proper after care instructions and the procedure was done a lot faster and I had not even a 5 minute wait. Great staff too !

Dr. Baek and his staff are phenomenal. Every visit feels very welcoming and I leave looking forward to a next appointment. Most up-to-date clinic with newest technology in McAllen + the facility is spotless clean. Now, he services all of my family members. Highly recommend!

I made contact on Friday this past week and was in need of a dentist and a second opinion. Seems most dentists are closed on weekends here in the RGV. So, I set up an appointment for Sunday at 5 pm. Sent in all my electronic forms signed and was ready to go. Get to their location and follow their protocol and call to let them know I am outside. I make contact by phone and then I'm informed that my appointment was cancelled due to not confirming. I informed them I never received a text or call and had the messages in front of me and she said that they had notes as well that I did not confirm. I explained to her, that why would I set up an appointment for a Sunday at 5pm and cancel after I explained how I needed this taken care of. Then after a brief hold, she informs me that oh, they can get me in for an exam but will probably not give treatment. Common sense and good judgement seem to be lacking in the front office here.

I've been to many other DDS in the area, but couldn't find someone right. I'm so glad I found Dr. Baek at Top Dental. Not only is he personally attentive and genuinely caring to every detail but also his staffs are so very kind, friendly, and courteous. PLUS POINTS: most up to date medical equipments in modern setting office at affordable rate!

I came in for a cleaning and the staff was helpful. Dr. Baek is a very nice dentist. He was gentle on my sensitive teeth and discussed with me on the conditions of my teeth and what to do to prevent my problem. Coming back for my next appointment 😊

Very impress on how diligent and attentive the staff is with their patients. I went in as a walk-in, and in matter of time, I was out from the office, happy and impress with Dr. Joon Baek and all his friendly staff. The fact that office is open late and on the weekend, it's just amazing! As for the office atmosphere, eveything is clean and tranquil. Thank you Dr. Baek & Staff
