Needed a dentist, Dr. Uriegs was highly recommended to me and the experience did not disappoint. Haven't been to the dentist since I was a kid so this was one of the first adult decisions being made. As a first time patient you can fill out the paperwork from home via link or at the office. You're greeted by staff members that put you at ease by reassuring you the experience will be pleasurable. They take precautions on your health and safety, wearing mask and necessary gloves. Make sure you have a taste in music, they'll accommodate some music for you to vibe with. Also take some time for yourself upon visiting this office, don't be in a rush or in a hurry. You owe it to yourself to get better dental care. Dr. Uriegas is very tentative and makes sure you're properly informed about your oral health and possible options to take to make that smile better. 😃

Staff is very thorough. Dr. Uriegas makes the environment fun and relaxing for patients who are kind of anxious going to the dentist like me. We did some fillings and it wasn’t as bad as I remembered it being done before at other dentists office.

While I've been to several dentists throughout my lifetime, I think Uriegas Dentistry is a great example of how the practice should be presented as a whole in today's society. Dr. Uriegas not only has both the knowledge and passion of treating her patients with the best possible care, but also takes the time to get to know patients as people rather than just provide the service itself. As someone who values the provider-to-patient contact experience, and is even currently learning to provide similar practices in my future profession, that's a really important characteristic to have as it makes the whole experience much better and smoother on both parties. Throughout my own visit, despite I personally deal with anxiety, Dr. Uriegas made sure that my concerns/questions were at ease before even starting the consultation, just so I was ensured that I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen throughout the checkup. At the end of the visit, I was provided with my detailed treatment plan, and trusted that what was recommended, was for the best option for my dental health. Not only that, but the front office clerk and dental assistant also provided exceptional service throughout the visit, and made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient there within the office. Overall, while there are some insurance differences that do prevent me from continuing to see Uriegas Dentistry unfortunately, I still can't recommend enough for people to go to her practice, as Dr. Uriegas has one of the best private practices I've experienced so far, and I really think that others won't be disappointed by their experience. Once again, she is a great example of the standard of care that dentists should provide within their practice, and I hope this is the beginning of that standard to spread across within our society in the near future.

Great experience and great place for people who have anxiety like myself. I was in another dimension while I got my fillings 🛸 and not having an anxiety attack. I also like the availability and the staff, I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

I went into Uriegas Dentistry in a moment of so much pain. I woke up at 5 am in so much pain I started googling dentist in my area, since I didn’t have one a visited regularly. I came across Uriegas Dentistry and I’m so glad I did. The place makes you feel like you’re right at home. That day I went in so much pain and the Dr was not in that day; however, I was helped by a lady at the desk named Eva. And when I tell you she was one of the nicest people I have ever met it is NOT an understatement. God had blessed this place with such a kind lady that even after she told me that the dr would come in just to see me but I would have to wait two hours if I wanted , I completely did not mind. I would have waited hours just for how kind Eva was. She asked me if I wanted water, she asked what kind of music did I like. She made me feel so comfortable in such an uncomfortable moment. Because of my situation I was not able to be seen fully that day, but later that day Dr Uriegas herself called me to make sure how I was doing and if I was fine. Dr Uriegas on a phone call made me feel so comfortable and happy that I had found someone that cared so much for me and had never even met me. Needless to say they helped me get everything I needed and every step
Of the way was easy and comfortable thanks to all the ladies in this office. I am entirely blessed to of come across this office and I wish this expierence for everyone. Thank you ladies your kindness goes such a long way at and didn’t go unnoticed. Eva if you see this I hope you know in my life I hardly come around people that are just genuinely kind. Everyone is very nice, always making sure that you are comfortable. They explain all procedures being done and future options! Top notch business!

This comment is not about the dentist's skills. This is about how Uriegas Dentistry handled the financial part of our visit. My husband was the patient and we visited the office in 2020. After examining the problem, the doctor herself came out to the waiting area with a staff member to talk to me about the insurance coverage (my husband was under nitrous gas I think). So, they BOTH told me that my husband had a crown on the tooth in question in 2018 and that normally the insurance company would only pay for a crown once every 7 years, however, because this was a recurring decay the insurance company would agree to cover it. So we decided to fix the tooth instead of pulling it (which would have been covered by the insurance). A few weeks later the contacted me and said that I needed to pay over $800 because the insurance refused to pay. There was no apology for the expensive mistake they made! There were several phone calls and in our last conversation with Uriegas Dentistry I told them it was not fair and I should not have to pay for their mistake. I even said that I would be fine with paying half of the amount. They stopped calling for about over a year until two weeks ago. They made a very expensive mistake, never apologized, and are not even willing to meet me half way. This is very wrong business.
