From walking in the staff greeted us , let my baby feel so what comfortable by letting her brush her own teeth , play with the water equipment , she also showed them her teeth using the dentist mirror told the doctor “ i don’t like that “ lol the staff was incredibly helpful and patience with my two year old ..from leaving they held the door saying see you next time..bear creek the best place to take your kid the theme is everything.

I looked over this location twice in my search for a dentist. I’m so glad I finally chose this location...Very friendly and kind staff. This location is clean with updated equipment. Can’t forget it’s very very kid friendly!!! Thumbs up so far!!

Bear creek is a wonderful place to go I’ve had really great experience Roger is wonderful he’s very knowledgeable in regards to care for the kiddos the entire staff is excellent love them

I have been in excruciating pain for at least 2 day the day before thanksgiving I call asking can they do emergency extraction long story short they said yes I had never been here they got me in immediately and took this pain away from me I am so grateful every single person in the staff was so very nice caring and helpful I won’t ever go to another dentist office

It was such a great experience My daughter was crying and doctor Patel was calming her down she was trying to make her not over think anything everyone here is so sweet from the greeters to the back of the ladys you can obviously see they love there job and what there doing the manager Roger he heard my daughter crying and came to check up on her and make sure she was okay you can see he is committed to what he does he made us all have a good experience I recomend people to come here its very neat and clean and friendly environment

Money Makers. Did not even clean my Childs teeth and tried to get me to put caps and seals on her teeth that were not needed 6 months ago at her last teeth cleaning. Very child friendly but NO WONDER they were empty from the time we arrived until we left. Will not be coming back!!

My daughter had cavities filled here we had to come back twice to get the problem corrected...meanwhile everytime we have an appointment even though I confirm within 24 hours in still subjected to a minimum of 3 more calls the day of... Then today they say they are completing her treatment I asked what they are talking about and I need to see it in writing...I try to be responsible enough in my childs care to pay attention hopefully these are simple one time mistakes but idk about trusting them moving forward
