Basin Pediatric Dentistry has been a great place for my family. Dr. Kelcey Parrot has been wonderful. You can tell when you are talking to her that she is kind and compassionate and really cares for the babies in front of her. She did a Frenectomy on our baby and she was very gentle and kind with him. She also spent a lot of time talking to me and answering my questions about the procedure beforehand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelcey! The front staff is nice as well. The wait is a little long, but as a family we think its worth it because of the care that we receive.

Dr. B was great! I was not looking forward to my first dentist appointment in a while and Molly and Dr. B put me right at ease and explained everything before/ while they did it. Dr. B was able to explain intricate processes in a way I could easily understand, with my having zero medical knowledge. I was also very impressed with the friendly office staff and cutting edge technology Basin dentistry has. I no longer dread going to the dentist- thanks Dr. B!

I was traveling through Midland and developed a toothache. Called Thursday pm and was seen Fri am. Nervous (like most). I was thrilled with the wonderful staff who were so kind and helpful. The Dentist explained my options, and was very compassionate. If I lived here, this would definitely be my Dental Office. Sorry, I don’t remember the names of everyone.

I have been to a lot of dentists and orthodontists in my life, I had one bad experience BEFORE coming to Basin that caused me extreme anxiety. I needed a lot of work done too. Not only was I comfortable during my appointment, but I left without being in pain and a little teary eyed because they were so wonderful. My out of pocket cost was more than I wanted it to be, but it's worth the peace of mind and comfort to do what's needed. I will recommend Basin to everyone that needs dental care.

Dr. Ellis is the absolute best! My son has autism and Dr. Ellis is so gentle and patient with him. Every time we go into the office we are greeted by the staff & they always have such a positive attitude. I absolutely love this place! I would recommend 100%!

If I could give Zero stars I would. Shady tactics and they took advantage of my wife that didn’t fully understand the insurance process. My wife asked if they take our insurance They said “yes”. The failed to mention that just because they can take our insurance card, doesn’t mean they can do anything with it. Oh their little “we are not in any insurance network” disclaimer is down in the paperwork, but they will certainly not go out of their way to inform you. Thank God my wife called me and told me they recommended an almost $3,000 procedure for my son. I knew that there was no procedures that would cost this much on our insurance. That’s when I started asking questions. And their “initial new client” work up? Almost $300 that they failed to mention until after the fact. So I just paid them$700 (for two people plus extras) and told them where to go. If there is a reason NO insurance companies will work with them, you probably shouldn’t either. Save yourself the time and money and avoid them like the plague! And make sure everyone in your family knows the ins and outs of your insurance.

I wasn't going to write a review but if I can prevent one person from such an awful experience then sharing my story will be worth it. The dentist is horrific and judgemental.. I have horrible teeth and I am fully aware of it! I am new in the area & was in hopes that I could establish dental care here. The dental assistant was pleasent enough, however the dentist,
Dr. Burney is a nightmare! She is the absolute coldest, calloused, uncompassionate, accusatory person I have EVER encountered. She wasn't interested in hearing how my teeth had come to be in this condition, she made that very clear. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Especially by someone that is supposed to be a professional. Someone I am paying to do a service! I sat there crying in pain. If she doesn't want to work on bad teeth perhaps she should find a new profession especially given her bedside manner or lack there of! Might I add I went in on a Thursday and was told she would call in an antibiotic that day, I finally got them the following wednesday after calling them on Monday. Please, if your teeth are bad, save yourself from the humiliation and go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Rebber is absolutely THE BEST!! He was so kind, explained everything in detail and made me feel so comfortable. This office and staff are absolutely amazing!

Front desk and rest of staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the Doctor (Dr.B) was not the friendliest, nor could tell I was anxious, I talked more to the assistant than the Dr on my visits. I would have appreciated more time with the Dr. If you need a friendly, warm, patient Doctor, maybe try the other one in office instead. I switched due to this and that they do not take ANY kind of insurances.

The dentists and staff at Basin Dentistry were wonderful! Both dentists were very helpful with my needs and making suggestions that would be more beneficial for my treatment. The atmosphere is extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Basin Dentistry for all of your dental needs!
