On time, efficient, and very patient with my 2 year old sitting on my lap. They even gave her fish food to feed the fish in their little pond.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not go here. They do not communicate well about how much your bill is. Had a procedure done and did not know for over 6 months that my insurance was not covering part of the bill and I had an outstanding balance. Ended up paying over $2500 out of pocket while my insurance covered $285 dollars worth. I was continually given the run around and had to be the mediator between them and the insurance. I did not feel like they had my back at all. They just wanted the money and that was it. Do not go here. Find another dentist unless you want to pay an arm and a leg.

Not sure what that other Google user is really complaining about. I found this place to be very good.
The atmosphere was nice with a pond in the middle. The temperature was a pinch cool but that's too be expected from a medical facility.
Staff has been nice and I always got a reminder for my appointment.
I also found they are a little cheaper than others around here who are just in it for the money because of the oil boom.

I was early on in pregnancy when I went in for my 6 month cleaning. Dentist Chet Grey told me I really didn't need to wait until after I had the baby to have the 2 fillings redone so I scheduled it with my next 6 month cleaning (8 months pregnant). I waited 30 minutes in the lobby after my cleaning to begin the fillings. I was hungry and anxious over the procedure so told them I was tired of waiting and would reschedule. Got in soon after and waited 30 minutes again in the dental chair - told them if it was going to be more than 15 minutes longer, I would just reschedule. 5 minutes later the dentist came in and gave me the shots to numb for the procedure. They said they'd be back in just a few minutes and the assistant came back in 10-15 minutes later and said she tried to get him to come back in but he started with another patient and he didn't know how long he would be. In the meantime, my left side of my face was very numb but not at all on the other side he also put a shot in - so he would have to redo that shot. I didn't feel it was imperative I take care of the fillings now and I was bothered by my wait AGAIN. The assistant agreed it could wait until my next cleaning in 6 months. Almost 3 hours later the left side of my face is STILL numb and I need to eat lunch! I am VERY upset by the unprofessional, uncaring, flat out rude nature of the dentist. I will never go back here and do recommend finding anyone else.

Ask to speak to the office manager if the front desk staff are unable to answer your questions. Lupe (ofc mgr) was very polite & helpful. They do take insurance! :) Dr Gray was very professional and made our daughter feel comfortable.

Great experience! It always feels like I'm receiving the highest quality of dentistry from a staff that loves what they do. The dental equipment looks very cutting edge. The location is cozy.

I called for an appointment because I had a tooth bothering me.
They saw me the very next day.
When the dentist made a recommendation to fix my problem (not the cheapest fix) he explained the reason behind his recommendation in a way that made sense to me.
They were very up front and honest about the cost of the procedure.
I feel a good level of trust for this dentist after my first visit.

Office calledcto confirm my appointment, and changed my appointment time 3 times in 2 days. Waited for 35 minutes past my appointment time before I ever got called back. Sat in the chair for another 35 minutes before my dentist ever came in to numb me for my fillings. Another 20 minutes he was finally working on my fillings a full hour and a half past my appointment. I did get taken right away to do my cleaning but after spending just over two hours getting everything done it was extrmely slow. Will update this review based on how the work done holds.
The staff outside of the front desk and dentist were kind and happy to help.

Im giving in two stars because the front office staff are rude, inefficient, and have horrible customer service skills. The hygienist and dentist I saw were professional, kind, and the visit was completed in a timely manner. My complaint is that they will charge you for a missed appointment even if you call six hours in advance. I scheduled my children for their first appointments for 2 in the afternoon and called when the office opened to cancel because my debit card was stolen. The lady I spoke with was rude and told me that when we came back in we would have to pay $25 a kid because we didn't call 24 hours in advance. She said that it doesn't matter why you cancel they charge anyway. Also, at my first appointment I was charged a fee as a new patient, which wasn't disclosed till I was about to sit down in the chair. The front office staff came rushing in the room asking for payment before I sat down. The hygienist was embarrassed telling me that it should have been taken care of before I came back. When I checked out from my appointment I wanted to inquire about what the charges would be for my two kids on their appointment. The lady at the front couldn't tell me without running my insurance and didn't want to run it so I could know. So we settled that it may be less than $100. She wasn't going to even try to help disclose a price Well all in all their office lost a family of six. I wanted to give them a chance because they are local dentists. One thing I want to say is that this area is plagued by people who work with the public that display bad attitudes and shady practices. From restaurants to doctors to landlords. I think it's because they only see everyone as dollars due to the oil boom. But when the bust happens again and everyone leaves then what will these businesses do without local support.

These guys are operating a cattle call office. They want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They did a root canal and crown on a broken tooth in my mouth and not only can you visibly see the “dead tooth” covered by the crown, the fake tooth was too big so it’s impossible to even floss around it. It’s also VERY SENSITIVE to brushing and hot and cold. Wish they would’ve just pulled it instead of charging me over $1000 for the work and screwing up my teeth even more.
