I just moved to the valley, and got recommended to Dr B, and let me tell you he’s AMAZING! His work is so precise and carefully done. The office staff were all so friendly, always had a smile on their face. Being new in town, they made me feel so welcomed. Overall, it was a great experience!

My last visit was a bad experience, the lady in the front desk seemed annoyed and was not friendly plus she messed up my front teeth. Then her attitude got worst and didn't even apologize. Also, didn't bother fixing it.

Office manager is rude. Refused to contact my insurance even though they are my primary provider. She said she wasn’t refusing to contact them she just wasn’t going to do it because it would be a waste of her time. Terrible staffing. I asked to speak with Dr Braunthal and was told that he does not speak to patients over the phone. Honestly would rate them lower than 1 Star If possible. Going to contact my insurance and let them know this office should not be listed as a provider because they refuse to see insured patients.
