The Pasadena Dentist: Michael Nugent DDS

I’ve been coming to Dr. Nugent for almost ten years now and have never once had even the slightest inconvenience with his office and their service. Everything is always great and he and his staff are amazing. Super clean, comfortable, and welcoming all around. My first and only dentist choice in the Houston area.

From the start of my first contact with this team, I knew it's going to be my new dental home! Super friendly staff..answered all my questions and had much patience with me!

They got me in the SAME day! Dr Nugent and Vanessa fixed my smile with absolutely NO pain!

They have all the high tech equipment that made my appointment smooth and quick And it helped me understand my tooth problem better.
I love that they gave me options too!

Facility was very nice & clean... All staff members extremely friendly and greet you with a warm welcoming! The hygienist was very sweet & did a great job making sure my little one was comfortable as she got her cleaning. And as in DDS Nugent is great, friendly, professional dentist! He did great oral exam on my little one. He also was very informative, & walked us through every little step in regards to what he was doing & what the next plan would be as we continue to treat my daughter. I was beyond impressed from the moment you walk in (no wait). You walk in, & you immediately get greeted. To the hygienist that was very sweet. To the awesome care you get from the dentist Mr. Nugent. My little girl came out happy & came out with a great experience. I was so pleased with everything in general that I set up an appointment for myself, & my son. I highly recommend this office but most importantly because Mr. Nugent is awesome caring dentist who cares and is passionate about his patients oral care.

I've been going to this dentist for years, even to the dentist Nugent bought it from. Still, the technology has continued to change over the years, and everyone at the office explained each step of what they were doing for me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I really appreciate their professionalism.

Dr Nugent is a great dentist and a genuine person. If you want a dentist that is thorough and highly skilled you have come to the right place. He keeps up with the latest technology so his patients have the best treatment. I love his staff too! They make me feel like part of the family!

Dr. Nugent and his staff have been flawless! I love the atmosphere in his office and with his staff. The smiles and greetings begin at the front desk and don't stop for the whole visit. The hygienists are absolutely the best. After my extensive cleaning, due to my own neglect, the hygienist was sure that I would have considerable soreness. I didn't, but I received a call from the office manager that evening, at the hygienists request, to make sure I was not in any pain. That's a level of care that I have never experienced at a dental office.

After the x-rays, when the doctor came in, his demeanor was unexpected. I've seen plenty of dentists, none of which would warrant a good review. But Dr. Nugent deserves a good review. He's a great guy with a great personality. He's not afraid to let you know who he is as a doctor and as a person. So I felt at ease in speaking to him. This was important to me.

The office is clean, comfortable, and they're not afraid to embrace technology and incorporate it into their work flow. This is a place that I will return to, and I would bring my family for their dental care. Dr. Nugent has my recommendation.

Been coming to Dr. Nugent for at least 7 years . They made me feel so welcomed and special like the world evolves around me when I’m there. They obviously treat all their patients that way. You never have to wait long to get in the back. My whole family goes and loves it. It doesn’t matter what hygienist you use they are all awesome. I use Danette a lot and she is the best ever!! It is actually enjoyable going to the dentist there. Dr. Nugent is one of the most personable Doctors you will ever meet. Look no further!!! Since I started going there my insurance changed and I am out of network. I still go there and pay the little extra if I have too. The cleanings and exams are still paid 100% . Remember stop looking and go here!!

Always an amazing experience, but I was exceptionally impressed this time around. They make you feel welcome, and cared for. You will seriously look forward to going to the dentist after coming here. Kudos to Dr. Nugent, and the entire staff. You guys are awesome!

This dentist office was a pleasant surprise! From the very start my husband and I were welcomed by the friendly staff behind the front desk. It didn’t end there, the dental assistant, hygienist, Dr. West and Dr. Nugent were extremely nice and helpful. Each step of the X-rays, exam and cleaning was done gently, thoroughly and with hi tech equipment. They even noticed something other dentists haven’t noticed in my mouth although I’ve had it for over ten years. They took a picture, measured it and said they’d keep an eye on it. We are thankful to have found such a nice group of professional people! Thank you!!

Everyone is so professional and friendly. They make you feel so welcome. They explained my procedure throughly and I appreciated all the time they took with my appointment. I will definitely go back for my regular cleaning maintenance procedures🌷
