The experience for the kids is great and everything but the service is awful, they dont respect the hours and its the 4th time we've had to move the appointment since the place is always closed. We've tried calling and we can hear the phone ringing but they drop on the call so we will end up changing to another dentist. Dont waste your time.

My three year old loves going to the dentist! The staff is friendly and they are so patient with her as she wants to do it all herself. As we were arriving she said she was so excited to be there and as we were leaving she said she had fun and she loves the dentist

I love this place for my kids. Really nice & made sure my kids are comfortable. Only thing is I do wish they took their time in cleaning teeth instead of a quick 30 seconds & actually do some flossing. My kids at home take 1 or 2 minutes brushing their teeth & floss throughly. Other than that, I like their service.

Overall amazing staff. Very welcoming and friendly environment. My kids really like the play area and was almost to none waiting time. The rooms were very organize and clean. Would really recommend my family to come. It’s just so clean and outstanding staff. 👍🏼

This office is the best, they make your babies feel comfortable and less nervous. Very friendly staff. I love how they give electric toothbrushes and toys to the children. My kids love it! Highly recommend it.

The Clinic is very Clean and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable with high quality facility, the patient care service girls at the reception are very friendly, professional and caring tjat we had never experienced before in another Dentist’s Office, the wait time was really short and the Doctor and His staff were very knowledgeable and they made sure all our questions were answered. We were very happy after all this years since my boys were toddlers they always were scared of going to the dentist (since 12 years ago) now my 14 yr old was very confident right away to get treatment for his tooth needs, all the staff and doctor gave Him that confidence right away, we are looking forward to the next appointment with Agua Dental at Pharr, Tx

Awesome service... Felt like I was apart of a community that cared about their patients.. They offered us pizza and made sure that my neices and nephews were comfortable. Especially during this pandemic we felt very safe and comfortable.
