I love Brush Dental. The front staff are very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The techs are beyond friendly and caring. My dentist is fantastic beyond the word fantastic. She is caring, understanding, very knowledgeable and always goes for the least procedure needed. I’m not a great fan of dentistry but Brush Dental is completely different.

First appointment I forgot my HSA card, the lady told me it was fine I could pay with a CC and they would reimburse me. It was a bill over $800. So I transferred additional funds into my HSA because I was taking such a large amount out and when I went to get the refund so they could charge my HSA I was told no sorry, you were misinformed. I get it someone gave me wrong information but they didn’t even attempt to make things right. I was stuck with an $800 cc bill and I had already transferred that money out of my account too so essentially I was out double that amount. Fast forward to another appointment and I honestly had an emergency with my daughter and they said well your canceling within less than 48 hours so we are removing you from the free teeth whitening program and we are charging you a $25. I’ve not cancelled before and asked if even under emergency circumstances they didn’t take that into consideration, she said no. I’ll pay my fee and go to a friendlier dentist thank you!

This was my daughters second time here and her very first time getting her teeth cleaned! While I was getting my teeth cleaned my hygienist Rachael, she was so kind to Athena and helped me not being able to watch her at the moment. I love going to her and will always choose to go to her if I can!
Then my 2 y/o daughter rocked her first cleaning with the help from hygienist Jenn! She made it so fun for her and so easy. Love both of them and always will! They both deserve a major shout out!!
