I find the red flags so you don't have to. When I first called to make an appointment, they told me I need my insurance sponsor's social security number. When I told them it made me uncomfortable to give that, they made no attempt to help me another way. Upon showing up to the appointment, I was asked to sign a paper saying I have been given the opportunity to read their privacy policy. Apparently, they don't have a privacy policy, but you still have to sign that paper. The staff was friendly, so they get a star for that.

!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE SPENDING SERIOUS CASH!!!
Just want to say the staff was very nice, my beef is with Dr. Shedrack Okojie. Went for severe tooth pain and as soon as he knew I was paying out of pocket I felt like he knew I wasn't going to come back and spent thousands. I was then treated like he had something better to do (even though I was the only patient in the building).
First off he barley explained anything. one of back teeth was the source of the pain but I also have a wisdom tooth that is halfway rotted away, but they treated it like it was one tooth per visit and didn't even address my other teeth. Just pointed at the X ray like I was suppose to know what I'm looking at. My first question was how much it would cost to save it. He said the staff would handle that and left immediately. Had to ask the staff to bring him back for more questions. I made it clear to the staff I couldn't afford their services but thought they could give me something for the inflammation to help with the pain (I still payed for the visit and wanted to get some kind of help). I was practically begging him to give me something for the tooth by asking over and over, but all he advised was Tylenol 3. I even told him "that wouldn't really do anything for that kind of severe pain though" and he agreed. I kept bringing up if he could do anything to help the inflammation but he insisted there was nothing so I left.
A week later I went to a dentist that actually cares about all his patients and not just the big spenders. I wanted to see if he would give me something for the tooth on my first visit without asking, and sure enough he prescribed Amoxicillin. First off he actually talked to me like I was person which was a nice change. They talked to me about the problems with all my teeth (as appose to Dr. Shedrack Okojie, who only discussed the tooth that hurt). Turns out my bad wisdom tooth was what was irritating my other tooth so he pulled it and saved my hurting tooth with a filling.
Dr. Shedrack Okojie told me to he could only pull it or do a root canal. He is not a doctor who looks for your best interest, Just what ever procedure will make him the most money. If you go here I would definitely get a second opinion before spending serious cash. It's laughable how the website describes him as compassionate.
