Right off the bat super friendly and professional front desk staff, the tech that took my x-rays was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable (very important with my anxiety), Dr Katy was wonderful company and very thorough. Explaining everything as she worked, I felt very taken care of.
Turned out to not be in network with my specific dental plan but I’ve scheduled a filling with them because the A+ service is worth the out of pocket for me, which are also very reasonable prices. 10/10

THE BEST!!!! Dr. Katy and her staff have been absolutely wonderful. Finding out I needed an extraction while pregnant, brought me to an all time state of nervousness. Dr. Katy and her assistant calmed me down and took such great care of me before getting the extraction started. Since walking in for my appointment yesterday to leaving, I felt like I was in the best hands. Dr. Katy is a very thorough dentist. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and cares for her patients. She is honest about what is going on with your dental care and offers so many treatment options. She is kind, professional and treats her patients and staff like they are family. Maria is a wonderful hygienist and is very passionate at her work. When you call the office, Brittany is also pleasant to talk to. My experience here has been awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Katy

Dr. Katy Del Pino @ Alamo City Family Dentistry has been an incredible positive experience for me. She was very friendly, professional and patiently explained my current dental condition & her treatment recommendation according to my needs. She was very gentle and competent. She is bilingual and her speaking Spanish is another star for me because I got the information first hand avoiding misinterpretation. The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend her services.

I have to say Maria and Dr. Katy where very professional and put my mind at ease with their overall care for my well being. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for an amazing dentist with amazing staff member's. They all speak english and Spanish so that way there is no miscommunication and they’re very caring, considerate of how I’m feeling, and they’re very patient with you. If you are looking for a new dentistry this is the place to go!

Dr Copeland and his staff are the best you can find. I was running late for my dental appointment due to traffic and my schedule at work. I am a 6th grade teacher, it is very hard to get coverage many times so I had to go straight after work to my appointment. I catch public transportation which leaves me to be forced to take three buses to the dental office. The entire staff waited patiently for me to arrive without attitude or grief. I was so very thankful and grateful to the entire staff. My appointment of course ran over, but Dr. Copeland and his nurse Sharon did an outstanding job taking care of my needs and I just wanted them to know I appreciate them for all they do.
