During the transition between Drs. Douthit and Sumner, I had surgery to install a full upper plate of implants. My surgery and recovery went well and Dr. Sumner assumed responsibility for the denture that was installed. Since my recovery, however, I’ve had recurring problems with the denture, requiring frequent and unscheduled visits over a relatively short time frame. Without hesitation, I was warmly welcomed and immediately scheduled for treatment. While I thought this might have caused inconveniences to them since all the visits were unscheduled, they ALL gave no indication of that, rather, I was made to feel like I was a top priority. At a time when I felt vulnerable, they were cordial, reassuring and responsive. This team showed seamless continuity, effective care and a high degree of professionalism. I already have a great relationship with the folks who had stayed on during the transition and have now established a good relationship with Dr. Sumner and the new folks. Without doubt am going to continue using Dr. Sumner and his staff for all my dental needs.

The staff is wonderful, the lobby is clean and comfortable. Dr.Sumner was very thorough and nice. Plus they've added TVs over every dental chair, so I had something to concentrate on.

I had a filling replaced today. I was expecting to be in the chair for at least an hour. Dr. Sumner had it done in 15 minutes from start to finish! I've never had a filling done that quickly or smoothly before, and I've had a few fillings in my time. I hate needles and drills, but there was very minimal discomfort. Thank you Dr. Sumner! 😊
