This dental office and it's staff are very personable & friendly. They made me feel very comfortable & the dentist was great. He explains everything before hand & makes you feel very comfortable through out the procedure. Plus, they're open on Saturday which is very convenient.

Dr. Chauhan, Robin, Suki and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Never felt lost on what was going on and knew I was in excellent hands. Had a crown that turned into a root canal and they never skipped a beat.

Had to go in for an emergency appointment for cracked tooth. Scheduled quickly online, Saturday hours are a great convenience. Friendly staff, very professional, especially appreciate the time taken to explain what happened. I never thought about my 40 yr old amalgam fillings expanding and cracking teeth.

It was a great experience, the procedure was painless and I got 3 fillings and a cap done very well. They make you feel welcome and have Netflix to relax during your visit. The plan for my procedure today was explained to me, and setting follow-up appointments was easy and he let me know what those appointments would compose of so I can be prepared. Definitely recommend.

To start I wanted to reschedule my appointment and no one answered the phone. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency. The next day someone finally answered. At the time of the appointment they make me wait over an hour and before they start they try to over charge me for my portion of the cleaning. I walked out. I’m very dissatisfied and will never return. The office is run down and technology is outdated compared to other dentists. Stay away

Incredible, simply incredible. I came in to check on a wisdom tooth extraction I'd had done elsewhere that was, unfortunately, pretty traumatic for me. Dr. Chauhan and his staff instantly put me at ease, made sure everything was healing up nicely, were very thorough, and I left the office feeling so much better. I live out of state and I'll be missing this office when I leave!!!

Very disappointed with the visit. We did not even get to have our cleaning so this review will not cover those services. Unfortunately, having poor office staff can ruin visits for patients and this is what happened in our case. I made an appointment and filled out my daughter's insurance info on ZocDoc. Shortly after they called to change the appointment I picked. Im flexible so whatever. No mention about any problem with my insurance. I send my eldest daughter who is 25 with my 17yo daughter who is the patient since I'm busy with my autistic 2yo. They arrive at the office. No one there to greet them. The Dr had to come out and ask if anyone had helped them and then gave them paperwork. Finally, the office lady came out asking if I was there because the dentist is not on the insurance as the primary dentist which normally they could get on a 3-way call with insurance to verify but since it was Saturday that wasn't possible so she would need me to drive all the way there to sign a paper which if that possible I would have went in the first place. Why didn't they mention this on the phone the day before when they changed the appointment? Clearly they called to find out he was not listed. Of course I was told none of these exact details until they get home. My daughter offered for the lady to talk to me on the phone but she was insistent that I had to be there. So needless to say we cancelled the appointment and they left. Once they get home and tell me what they issue was I was even more disappointed because the doctor is listed on our new card. We had just recently switched so they could have looked at our new card and gotten all the info from it. We have 6 people in our family so he sadly lost 6 potential patients due to incompetent and stubborn staff. They definitely need to discuss insurance issues before the patient drives all the way there. And having printable new patient paperwork on their website would also be helpful if signatures are required. I can see they have lots of 5 stars so hopefully they were just having an off few days. Sadly, we will be searching for another new dentist to go to. Which since you are reading reviews you will understand what a challenge that is.

I am very happy with the care I received at Brook Hollow Family Dentristy. I had an emergency, my crown came off on Thursday evening. My original dentist retired and I needed to find help,quick. I was afraid no one would be available to help me, but Brook Hollow Family gave me an appointment on Friday. I can't say enough about Dr. Chauhan and Suchita. I received excellent care with no stress. My temporary crown is on now until my new one comes in and it fits perfectly.

I was extremely pleased with the level of care and Customer Service at Brook Hollow. From when I first started calling, the phone has always been answered, and I have been treated with such timely care and attention. I needed a root canal but xrays needed to be emailed from another Dentist office. Brook Hollow Dentistry worked diligently to try and get the xrays, and when the other office would not pick up the phone, Brook Hollow assured me they would just take care of new xrays at no additional charge. The Dental Assistant (Mitchell I beleive) was so patient going over fees, answered every question and I didn't feel rushed at all to make any decisions. Dr. Chauhan did my root canal and he is SO great at his work, very easy procedure,made me feel very comfortable, always checking if I was ok and no pain. His work was excellent. Thank you Brook Hollow! Amazing!
