This office and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Ashtiani is a dental artist. I had to have a tooth pulled due to a crown breaking. The space was in my “smile zone” and I needed a solution that didn’t cost thousands of dollars. He gave me the options and I chose a bridge.
After the tooth was pulled he called the next day to see how I was doing.
From the day the tooth was pulled to my bridge being placed was about a month.
I am very happy. I highly recommend this office.

They are professional, and very personable. When it comes to the dental work itself, it’s quick, efficient and little to no pain at all. The doctor gives great explanations of exactly what causes the issues and how to prevent them. The assistants are friendly and very knowledgeable as well. Plus they are all just seem like very genuine people. Would certainly recommend giving them a visit.

Dr. Ashtiani is a spectacular dentist with a bedside manner that many could only long for! For each of my visits he has taken extra time to make sure I understood all of the logistics of what is going on with my teeth but also taking the time to hear out my concerns and answer all my multitudinous questions. So we had a few issues with a referred office and wasn’t sure what to do as not many offices are in San Antonio for what we needed done. Our dental office sent us here and I’m glad to say they are absolutely amazing. Called Monday afternoon and they got both of my daughters in the same week with no issues. The office staff is so friendly. Office is super clean and a very comfortable environment for children. It’s rare to find such great patient care and we’ve had the honor of going to 2 of the best dental places I’ve ever been to. Dr. Ashtiani was very quick and yet thorough in his explanations and was genuinely concerned with their oral care. Him and his assistants Cynthia and Valery were very patient with my daughter and took the time to make sure she was comfortable through the entire procedure start to finish and I appreciate that very much. Highly recommend this office not only for children, but adults as it is a family dental office.

I started going here in 2021. My teeth needed attention it was neglected due to covid, adjusting to twin babies (+3 more), and anxiety & depression. My former dentist office didn't have open space and referred me to Dr. Amir. I am Thankful he did especially after he had made an unnecessary comment when I went into the office that day. Dr. Amir didn't judge and left his comments (if he had any) to himself.
The office is clean, clam and welcoming with beverages so you're not left thirsty. My children now see Dr. Amir. and with zero complaints we will keep going. ALSO He respects me declining things I don't feel comfortable with AND will answer questions with no rush or annoyance. We haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes after arriving. I definitely recommend Royalteeth Family Dental! You yall keep it up!!
