Darlene is the best dental hygienist ever! We've been using her for at least two decades. And Dr. Gonzalez is becoming one of my favorite dentists, too. He is conservative in treatment and laid back personality.

I had not gone to the dentist in over a decade because of repeated bad experiences. I found Bella Vista Dental and could not be more happy! I always feel like I’m going in to visit with old friends. They actually LISTEN and don’t group you into a “general” category. They are fun, kind, thorough and EXCELLENT at what they do. I will not go anywhere else!!

My first time coming here and I absolutely felt welcomed the second I opened the door. Everyone was super nice and polite. Darlene was my hygienist and she was amazing. She was very thorough with me and explained what she was doing and why. Dr. Gonzales was very nice and gentle also explained everything and willing to listen to his patients for and questions or concerns. I didn’t leave the office disappointed.I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Had a great experience today. The staff is always super friendly and always informs you of your dental plan. I don't dread hoping to the dentist I now welcome it. Thank you for your professionalism.

My second visit and super pleased! The hygienist, Annette was incredibly patient and thorough. Dr. Gonzales is phenomenal! I wish I found this office sooner.

had my first appointment here to do a checkup and x-rays. most comfortable I’ve ever felt at a dentist’s office before! friendly staff that educated me about everything they were doing and the office was very clean

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience very enjoyable! By far the best dental office I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend Bella Vista Dental and Commend their 5 star service. 🌟

The only reason for 2 starts is because of the professional lady that works there. She is a little older than women who are at the front. She is the one with blonde hair. I think she is the dental assistant. The dentist, whom we've seen 4 times was great the first visit. The second time we went it was another dentist. The third time my daughter needed a filling and he burned the inside of her gum and cheek with the drill. This last time we went for a checkup for both my girls. We were told the last time that one of our girls needed her wisdom teeth removed. This visit the dentist asked if we had already discussed it the previous visit. I couldn't hear what he said so I said no. When he started saying that we needed to get the wisdom teeth removed, I told him I remembered that and we( my husband and I) had discussed it and we were not going to do that. We were going to wait until later. He was talking, trying to tell me why she needed her wisdom teeth removed. I told him, no, we are going to wait. He told me to be quite because he needed to tell me what he needed to say. I told him we were not going to do the removal and we were going to wait. Then he said he needed to tell me, again. I took a deep annoyed breath and said, "Fine, go ahead." Then he lost it. He said " Are you going to wait until she's in pain to bring her back!?! You can wait till she's in pain then." He said it twice, then he got up and left the room. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this " professional" is off the charts. Once a parent of their child tells you,"No". The answer is no. I don't need any explanation. I was very upset, after a couple of minutes I sat down and waited for my daughter's to come out. The dentist came around the back of the reception desk and stood there like pit bull giving me mad stares with his shoulders and chest all puffed up. He said something but I was done listening to him. He does not know our financial situation. He does not know how sensitive my kids are. He knows nothing about them or us other than our teeth. To get so upset about something and to tell someone to stop talking is not ok. This guy needs to calm his ego or it will be his down fall. You can not come to work with personal things on your mind. You have to leave it at the door. You can not be in a professional setting with patients and take things personal. You must LISTEN to your patients.
Anyway, the professional lady came out and apologized. She explained the wisdom teeth situation and it turns out, that we can wait. It's not an emergency situation. In any case, I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The women who work there are wonderful but their dentist needs to go back to school.

Based on the reviews I thought this entire process to schedule would be a breeze and professional . It was the total opposite!! I Called to schedule and get basic information and Sarah the rep who answered was just not helpful or kind in providing the info . Her tone and willingness to help seemed dreaded. I was cut off many times and questions never really given a direct answer and frankly the conversation led to me not scheduling based on her service.

Darlene is a great dental hygienist and the dentist explains everything clearly . The office staff is very pleasant.
