Didn’t listen to me with what I wanted to take place. Referred me to a specialist OUT OF NETWORK without regard for what I would like. I wished to have a tooth extracted to replace with an implant. What I was told is I should get a root canal (which are more dangerous and do not address the problem several studies have shown) and when I was explaining about my concern for mercury removal of my amalgams, I was basically told I didn’t know what I was talking about, all of which are false. Finally, when I was explaining how another tooth had slight damage she (Julie Folger) disregarded and claimed it was tartar that had come off. I completely wasted an afternoon listening to the ADA rhetoric of a dentist who actually used the phrase “let me be the dentist and you be the patient” and was more concerned with what they could milk my insurance for than for the patient’s quality of life. Absolutely will not go to this facility again. On the plus side, at least I can tell my friends and family to steer clear as well.
