I have been to plenty of dentists in my day, but none hold a candle to Dr. Brady and his team!

The Team:
They always work hard to work you in if you have an unexpected dental need (which I have had twice now), in most cases scheduling the same day or next. The amount of care and passion everyone in the office has for your well-being is unmatched and truly impressive. Every once in a while you will find someone in an office that goes above and beyond to help you out, but the culture Dr. Brady and his team have created, has everyone there doing whatever they can to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. You never feel judged because of your lack of dental care, or how bad your teeth are. Everyone makes you feel at ease, including Dr. Brady. (Typically not common for dentist)

The Experience:
When you walk into the office, it is very nicely decorated, and super clean, immediately setting the tone for the experience you are about to receive.

Once you are checked in, the team is very quick to get you back, start doing an assessment, and began building a plan around your visit. While they putting your plan together they have you sitting in a massaging chair that rivals any massage chair I've ever been in. If it's x-rays next, the team takes you to another room and uses (what I consider) state of the art equipment, and your back to the massage chair. Once you are back, they throw the images up on a 50"-60" TV right in front of you and begin explaining what needs to be done.

This is where my favorite part comes in...

Once they tell you what they reccomend needs to be done, they also tell you (in my case I needed a root canal that my insurance doesn't fully cover), what your options are and present you with a couple of treatment plans so you can choose if you want to do that today because you can afford it, or they provided me with a temporary option to allow me to get the funds needed to have the more major procedure...after they explained everything, there wasn't any shaming, no hard pressure sales to get me to with the major procedure today, but instead of a super understanding team that told me they understood and would gladly help me in either decision I made.

My kiddos love going here, and so do I. Unless we move too far away, Dr. Brady and his team are stuck with us forever!!

Dr. Brady is amazing!
I had 4 veneers done by him and got my permanents in December. He’s been very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns I’ve had no matter the time! There were no surprise costs at all. He was very honest and stick by exactly what he said and planned out with me! My veneers look amazing and I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Hands down the best dentist ever!!! I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Brady and his staff are so awesome, they make going to the dentist fun and exciting!! They made me feel so comfortable and even though it was my first treatment with them I felt like I been coming here for years!! Also, the office vibe is so welcoming and beautiful!! We did have an little misunderstanding with my treatment but they were so quick to fix it and ensure everything was corrected before I left the office. I’m soooo happy with my results and can’t wait to finish the rest of my treatments with Haven Dental.

Dr. Tyler K. Brady, DMD has created something special, his staff is excellent and extremely efficient and knowledgeable, they also care enough to build a rapport with you and tailor plans to get your smile healthy, and "no" it's not expensive if you have insurance of course, I believe Dr. Brady is changing the way people think about dentistry, the insurance companies cover enough to the point that Dr. Brady doesn't put the back end on the patient, very noble and more importantly "affordable." I've recommended Haven Dental to my friends and everyone I work with. After they try the Haven experience they "all" make Dr. Brady thier primary Dentist. Thank you for your work Dr. Brady! For conventional Dentist work, Haven is off the charts. This is my personal experience. I've read stupid previous reviews and this is not a paid review. I freaking love Haven.

Dr Brady is an amazing dentist! The staff at "Haven Dental" are wonderful and always make us feel welcomed. Many dentist offices are cold but not "Haven Dental", the offices are clean and look great. The staff always has a great attitude and Dr. Brady treats everyone with kindness and empathy. We have referred all our friends and they are very happy. We would certainly recommend "Haven Dental" if you are looking for a great experience.

Showed up a little early as it was my first office visit with them and I assumed I’d have a lot of paperwork. Everything is streamlined and done via IPads which made it much much quicker. The office staff is super friendly and pleasant. The location is perfect, close enough to both Dallas and Ft Worth that if you live in either, it’s a short hop and you’re there. The entire office is immaculately clean, the X-ray room spotless, everything appears to have a place and it’s a incredibly well organized. Dr. Brady did a phenomenal job on explaining the process of getting a tooth implant, how we should proceed, and even explained some other options if I didn’t feel like an implant was something I wanted. He took the time to talk with me, the patient, about the differences and what he thought would be the most beneficial, and permanent solution. The procedure was painless and he took care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole extraction and preparation for implant. The information for follow up visits and what to expect left me with no questions and I left the office feeling great about the experience, which is rare when leaving a dentists office. If you are in need of a dentist in the Dallas area, I can not recommend Haven Dental enough.

Came here to get veneers, I looked everywhere to find the best fit for me and not only did I fall in love with their work I saw on Instagram but they are extremely affordable and work with you as well! After my first visit just for a routine cleaning, I instantly decided they were the dentist for me. Extremely professional and friendly and easy to talk to and get along with and very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve never liked going to the dentist until I met Dr.Brady and his staff over at Haven Dental. Very nice office and workspace as well and I will be using them for the rest of any dental work in the future. I just started my veneers and only have temporaries on as of now, but it was totally painless and not scary at all and I absolutely love the results and they are not even the permanents yet! Thank you SOOOO much Dr.Brady! You have truly changed my life and made me smile bigger than ever for a lifetime!😃

Dr. Brady and staff are amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and professional. It has been a journey to find the right Dentist, and I am glad to have finally found a place that exceeds my expectations. Definitely worth the trip from Mesquite!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! I never thought I would say that I love going to the dentist however I am saying just that. They make you feel comfortable and really do an amazing job and go above and beyond to make you feel confident in taking care of your smile. I highly recommend Haven Dental! ✌️❤️ 🦷
