I've been in twice, once for a cleaning and the other time for fillings. Both times have been great. The assistants asked how I was, explained everything, offered me a blanket and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Oakley was wonderful too. He is very friendly and ensured I was doing well during the procedure and called afterwards to ask how I was doing. That is excellent customer service! I'm glad we found this dentist.

Communication from the front office staff can be improved upon. I was never notified when my dental hygienist had changed. (No big deal as I liked my new hygienist.) I was also not notified when there was a change in my appointment until after my arrival. Overall, the facility is very nice and clean. All the dentists and dental hygienists that I've seen are friendly and knowledgeable.

Usually a visit to the dentist is not considered a pleasant experience, but Spring Creek Dentistry is truly different. I was not only impressed with their expertise and technology, I was amazed at the enthusiasm and hospitality. The concern for my health was genuine. These people actually seem to care and they are happy to be doing what they do. And they are very, very good at what they do.

Amazingly friendly staff! Dr. Miller makes me, a very anxious patient, feel very comfortable and at ease when it comes to my dental work. The office, although very professional, does a great job at making you feel like you are amongst friends. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and they have been equally happy!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They do their best to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Always a greeting with a smile, offering a beverage while you wait.
Wait time is never long. Both Dr Henley and Dr Millet, although completely different personalities, are very compassionate and do their best to help you relax, give you complete information, and work out a treatment plan that is best for you, offering a spectrum of options. They listen carefully to everything you have to say, and respond to any concerns you may have. I have never felt hurried r pressured.. They also follow up after major procedures, which makes all the difference in my book.
Their assistants are kind, accommodating informative, and competent.
Hygienists are gentle, meticulous and thorough.
From the front desk staff, to the assistants, to the technicians to the hygienists to the doctors, I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my dental needs!

Have had very bad experiences with Dentists my whole life ~ I’ve been going to Dr. Oakley for three years now and it has been an amazing experience. He’s very patient, understanding and makes you feel at ease ~ he really tries to make you as comfortable as he can when going to the dentist His office staff is amazing as well customer service is excellent, everyone so friendly there on time couldn’t ask for a better dentist office all around Moving out of the area but will continue to go to Dr. Oakley’s dentist office My kids even love going and asking when it’s time to go And when they found out we are moving out of the area were worried about going to a different dentist they were very happy when they found out we will continue with Dr. Oakley services. Pricing is amazing too.

I have been going to Spring Creek for a little over a year now and cannot express enough how much I enjoy this office. The front desk staff is warm & friendly and the hygienists are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Ronald Miller is a master at making numbing injections painless (which is the worst part of visiting the dentist). 3 routine cleanings, a tooth extraction and a cavity fill later and I have yet to have a single negative experience with this office. I highly recommend!
