Spring Klein Dentistry

We’ve received care from Spring Klein Dentistry and Orthodontics for the past year. The entire staff is wonderful! We always enjoy getting to see them and they take great care of us. I definitely recommend them especially for busy families like ours. The combined dentistry and ortho facilities make it convenient to get the whole family treated. Thanks to them we don’t dread the dentist anymore!

Spring Klein Dentistry has been a great experience for myself and my children. We have had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Patel and Dr. Balk for the past 2 years and both have provided exceptional service. In addition, the staff truly does care and treat everyone like family. Professionalism, respect and honesty are at the heart of their work and it shows! Thank you for all you do!

Hands down the most positive dental experience that I have had thus far. Everyone is so nice and each visit runs so smoothly. There's never a huge wait time and they get me in, out and on with my day quick and easy. I love Kim! She's an awesome hygienist! Highly recommend if you're in the market for a great dental office in the Spring/Klein area!

I think this may be the 3rd visit at Spring-Klein since I transferred from my previous dentist. The difference is night and day. The crew at Spring-Klein has been so kind, patient, efficient, well communicated, personable, reassuring... the list goes on. This has been the case with every visit so far, I walk out of the office feeling legitimately happy. For once in my life, I can say that I like going to my dentist and that's saying quite a lot considering all of the work I need to have done. Thanks!!!

This place has really gone down.

Have you ever had the dentist call to cancel on YOU?! That never happened to me, my husband, or 3 kids (nor anyone else I knew) until we came here. And it happened twice! That’s not counting the multiple re-schedules.

The front desk used to be awesome. Now, they’re not knowledgeable and change often. The turnover continues with the hygienists, who are not gentle and don’t listen well. The dentists are ok, not outstanding.

I’ve been going here for years, since they opened, and the decline has been unmistakable. We are, for the 3rd time since we started here, looking for another dentist. This time, we are leaving as we no longer need the convenience of the “attached” kid dentist.

Very sad, since they are a very convenient location, are accepted by our insurance, and usually only do cleanings and very minimal dental care for us.

Dr. Komal Patel is a loving passionate Dentist.
I love her humor especially when you are nervous. She does bring calmness and laugher. Her dental work is very professional. Glad that I have her as a dentist.

Our first time coming to Spring Klein Dentistry was wonderful! Every single person was lovely from the time you walk in till the time you leave! They give you the chance to review what needs to be done and make your own decisions. I was not pressured in anyway! I was offered water, a comfy blanket, and the remote to change the channel in the room I was in! Great customer service! We will definitely make this our regular dentist office!!!

Great experience all around with Spring Klein Dentistry! My son and I both recently received care from Dr. Patel. I needed a bit of dental work, my 8 year old just an exam. Dr. Patel is thorough and caring. I left smiling because I know I’ve found a great dentist. My son left smiling because Spring Klein Dentistry is great with kids. When it comes to dental and medical services, I am slow to trust. I whole heartedly recommend Spring Klein Dentistry!

Such a friendly and great atmosphere, Ms Sam the receptionist is truly awesome, friendly, and very energetic. Dr. Erice did a amazing on my teeth and was very gentle and comforting. This was my first visit and they are now my new dentist office. Great place to come for all your dental needs. Thank you SPD

I highly recommend Spring Klein Dentistry! They are prompt, the staff is friendly and very professional. Mrs. V (office manager) and everyone makes you feel at ease no matter how nervous you are. They ensure that you’re comfortable from the moment you walk-in until you’re all done. Dr. Patel is AMAZING! She has EXCELLENT chair-side manners, she explains everything to you prior to treatment and give you the best options. Dr. Patel also answers any questions you may have and ensures that you’re comfortable and at ease while receiving treatment. Many people dread going to the dentist but having Dr. Patel and her staff it’s a pleasure! (you feel like FAMILY rather than a number) I plan on coming back here for my dental care for years to come and bringing my children!
