I’ve been a client here for about two years and have always had good experiences.Thursday August 11 , 2022 I went in to have some work done and It wasn’t the dentist that usually services me. The original dentist is no longer here.He alleged that he had been a dentist for 20 years so I assumed he would be well versed and experienced. This was not at all the case he was very rough, he was rushing, and caused my mouth so much pain that I am still experiencing days later. I called the office to file a complaint and will speak with someone soon hopefully. This dentist name was Mr. Traham-please do not let him work on your mouth. He stabbed the needle into my gums while he was numbing me and days later I can still feel pain.The original dentist that opened this place is awesome but BEWARE of TRAHAM!!!

I don't like going to the dentist but the staff and the doctor are amazing, they are very professional, patient oriented, they really care for their patients because that's how they made me feel. I went in for 3 extractions and honestly I didn't even feel pain plus the dentist and his assistant made sure I was comfortable 100% of the time. I will be happy to come back for more procedures soon. I highly recommend 👌 their business

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years as I’m sure most can relate with me that the dentist can be a scary place. I made my appointment with Texas City Dental for a check up and a complaint of left sided pain. The doctor checked my teeth and realized my wisdom teeth needed to be removed, as well as 2 cavities. I was initially terrified but I went ahead and scheduled my appointment. The day of my procedures I was extremely nervous of the unknown. But when I tell you this staff is by far the best I mean it whole heartily! The doctor not only put me at ease but was very supportive and encouraging. He would stop when I needed a break. Never mean or rude in anyway. The staff brought my mother water anytime she asked and they even brought me a warm blanket to ease my anxiety. The staff one by one all checked on me and my mother (as she was nervous for me) and went above and beyond the call of duty. If you ever need any type of dental care or procedures I highly recommend Texas City Dental!!! They are simply the best! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist.But Texas city dental help me to not be afraid. The dental assistant Brenda help me remain calm she was so nice and Dr. Karan is the best Dentist I have ever met. If you are needing dental work this is the place to come to.
