Alden Bridge Family Dental

I recently established Alden Bridge Family Dental as my dental provider and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Jane was my hygienist and she took time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated the time and patiences she took with me. I get nervous at the dentist, but Jane was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Seranno was also wonderful. He asked me if I had any concerns and took time to address them. I'm incredibly happy to have Alden Bridge Family Dental as my dental care provider.

Had a very touchy cavity that went under my gum in a molar. The good doctor took care of it painlessly (which was a pleasant surprise to me). They had allocated two hours but it was accomplished in one hour. Went home and was able to eat a bowl of vegetable sour with crackers for lunch. I am impressed.

My teeth cleaning with Jane was great. Keep up the good work.

I really loved my first experience with this DDS! It didn't feel rushed. There was a really great energy in the office, full of happy, caring people. It reminded me of a happier, simpler time when there was real human interaction, rather than the fast pace of herding cattle. Love Dr. Serrano!

I have to preface that I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist and have had many bad experiences before but I actually really liked every single person that took care of me today. I didn’t think that the treatment would even help but I was way wrong. I have already noticed my jaw is not clenching up and I only received my procedure ( which was completely painless ) a few hours ago but WOW. I can actually relax my mouth!! The dentist was very nice and took the time to actually explain everything to me and I can be quite stubborn. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Alden Bridge Family Dental. I was pleased by the patience & kindness in getting pricing and making my appointment. When I arrived, everyone was friendly & professional. Dr. Serrano was great! I am happy to have found such a wonderful dental office.

Alden Bridge Family Dental is really one of those places I enjoy going to every 6 months for my teeth cleaning. The staff is honestly very friendly and make you feel comfortable about seeing the dentist. I’ve been going there for about 20 years and my first visit I told the hygienist that “I need to be treated like a child” while at the dentist, simply because of my anxiety getting dental work.
I’m 39 now and they still honor that note in my chart. Dr. Gauda (the dentist) is so great. She’s honest, trustworthy and very smart.

You won’t be sorry going to Alden Bridge Family Dental, as they put all those chain dental places to shame.

Good service, they explained each detail and made me participate in each option for each treatment.
Maybe furniture and decoration could seem less new than other places, but I prefer good professionals than fancy places.

Super great job treating my covid-neglected teeth. Dr easily explained current problems. The team took care of the rest and were awesome! Look forward to coming back in 6 months.

I had 2 fillings done by Dr. Gowda this morning. I was not looking forward to going to the dentist but she is so genuinely joyful and caring it is infectious. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was not in any discomfort and recommended breaks when she thought my jaw might be tired from holding my mouth open. I did not experience any pain throughout my procedure and she took great care to make sure my bite was correct and comfortable before I left. She then emphasized that she would get me back in immediately if I have any discomfort or problems in the coming days. The office staff is also excellent. I have been going there for years and the appointments are always timely and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a family dentist.
