My first visit here was great! They got me in for an appointment fast, and everyone there was extremely nice. I forgot the lady’s name at the front desk but she had such a kind personality. I definitely felt welcomed and I’m ready for my next appointment.

I took my fiancé here to have his teeth removed. We had the worst experience. The dentist would NOT listen neither the assistants. We told them about his epilepsy medication it was on file they said it was okay with procedure. We leave about 1:30pm they did NOT stitch him up the dentist said his incisions were too small. We left to get his medication from Walmart on the way home. I get back to the vehicle he’s bleeding profusely an excessive amount. I call the dentist they said to put tea bags on it. We go home he’s still bleeding an excessive amount. I called back they said to bring him back in. We get there at 4pm I asked about his epilepsy medication again if that was why he was still bleeding. They said no it’s not so I asked if they could stitch him they told me no again. So we go back home he’s still bleeding excessively. I called them at 6 pm to ask them why he’s still bleeding they asked me to spell his epilepsy medication out. I did they told me that’s why he’s not blood clot yet. Told me they would stay late for me to come back after 6 when they closed a THIRD TIME THAT DAY when they should have listened to us about his medicine the first time. The dentist acted like he did not care. The assistants would not listen. The entire office is poorly ran. My fiancé didn’t stop bleeding until 9pm. It’s honestly the WORST dental visit I have ever been to. I do not recommend going here.

Thought this was a good place but I should have walked out from what I saw when I first walked in. The front desk staff was nice she greeted me while her other co- worker talked about them Looking at the camera at anytime, and hoping they don't cut they hours, while another man employee chilled in the back with his feet propped up on his phone
(the dentist). We get to the back my son is non verbal special needs, they never asked me any questions about his dental history being a new patient, one staff member was rushing the woman that was doing my sons cleaning which she cleaned his teeth in 5 minutes (because previous trauma and experience) he hasn't been to dentist since 2020. She only cleaned the front teeth and flossed the whole mouth. The dentist comes in didn't introduce himself or ask any questions at all. My son obviously needs braces (had them before) he didn't recommend anything or say anything about his mouth teeth or anything. Very poorly trained staff they don't care about the patient. I will be disputing the charge with coverage to go get a better cleaning and feedback on his dental needs

At first I thought they were decent, even though the cleanings felt yo me like rush jobs, but my last encounter with them I was told she knew my kind of people(which is a very racist thing to say) because I was in happy with my services. I would not recommend any people of color to goespecially if they are ok with their assistance to say something of that nature.

This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and treat you like family. My family will never leave New Smile Dental. Dr. Parks is amazing and Paola and Liz in the front office make you feel so welcome. This office is one of a kind. You are missing out if you do not try them out, once you go you will never use another dental office!!!

I had to take my mother in for sudden tooth pain before traveling and they were able to get us in with a same day appointment! The whole staff was beyond friendly, especially Paola in the front and Dr. Kim were super kind and informative. We love New Smile Dental and I know I will definitely be going back! The staff are absolutely wonderful here at New Smile Dental...my son and I both use them. My son has braces and uses their orthodontist services and I use their dental services. Dr. Park is AMAZING.. Front office Isai and Paola are 2 of a kind and make you feel so welcome..Liz the office manager has such a bubbly personality that takes away all the worry of a typical dentist visit. My son and I have never been to a better dental office that we love as much as New Smile Dental!!! Thank you!!!

Very friendly staff and doctor. I felt right at home and wasn’t scared like I normally am at the dentist. They even waited on me for my appointment when I was running late. Same day work-in appointments on more than one occasion. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Great job Dr. Park and staff!!

The dentist, kim, is fantastic. He takes the time to listen to his patients and helps ease nerves for those who are nervous about dental work. The office staff is so nice and helpful too.
