Comprehensive Family Dental

Not very often someone can say they love a dentist's office. It's like going to Chick-fil-A and all the workers are so warm, friendly and accommodating. And it's not very often you leave the dentist with a referral to get a sleep study, that's how I knew I was finally being heard. Dr Rainey took a good amount of time to explain to me everything about my treatment plan and what his opinions were about moving forward. He was very patient, attentive and kind. He didn't interrupt me and get you to stop talking like most doctors do, matter of fact it almost didn't feel like I was at a dentists office at all. All the ladies that work there are also just as compassionate and understanding, the assistant was so kind and the receptionist. For the first time in my life, it was nice to be HEARD by a doctor and his team. Thanks for the quality care, they really are the Chick-fil-A of dentistry!!!!!!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 4 years, for a cleaning. My last time was with Dr. Tim Rainey and my experience was wonderful. The only reason I waited so long was because I just didn’t get around to scheduling a dental visit and time flies so quickly.

I decided to come back to his practice, even though he was not in network with my dental plan because of how great my previous experience was; I made the right choice. The dental X-rays (3D) were amazing and everything was shown to me and explained.

Dr. Rainey is the only dentist (of the many I have seen throughout my life) who explains everything he’s looking at and finds. He leaves no stone unturned and ensures his patient completely understands what’s going on.

His procedures are also pain-free (fillings and cleanings by the dental techs) which is a major bonus since I had a horrible experience as a child and was basically left with PTS when it comes to dentists, but I don’t feel anxious or nervous when I come to Dr. Rainey’s office.

Dental is not considered to be a medical priority, but after he explained what he looks for and his findings , I realized, it seriously should be.

I have always said he is the best dentist around and have always recommended his services to anyone who asks for a referral to a good dentist. I’m glad I came back to Dr. Tim Rainey and will continue to do so for as long as I can. (I also bring my family to him.)

I am enjoying Dr. Rainey as a dentist as he does excellent work without any pain and without any injections. This has been very important issue to me in the past.

I absolutely love this place. This is top of the line dental care. Each one of the staff go out of their way to greet you and smile. The office Is full of peace, joy and order.
Scheduling doesn’t take forever. They get me in and out quickly. There is rarely a wait time! 😁The hygienists are competent and super gentle, leaving my teeth pearly white!
Dr Rainey always know what to do to fix a problem area and he gets the procedures right the first time.
They are always up front about the cost of treatment , so I’m prepared and the prices are fair. I do not want a budget dentist, lol.

Excellent dentistry! They have done a lot of work on my teeth and are wonderful. Great staff, friendly, caring, and patient. Dr. Rainey is wonderful, gentle and has a great demeanor. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was by far the best dentist experience I ever had. Dr. Rainey was extremely knowledgable and was able to use 3d photos of my teeth to show me what was going on in my mouth. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist in the Victoria area!
