My daughter and I had our first visit here and it was a wonderful experience. The front office staff was so nice and welcoming. The back office assistant’s were nice and made our X-rays a breeze. Our dentist Dr. Rhodes and his assistant were great and made our cleanings painless and enjoyable. He was very informative and knowledgeable about our future dental services. I’m impressed with the prompt and friendly service. The receptionists are so friendly and they do a great job of providing relevant information about insurance billing and status of appointments. The dentists are so professional, courteous, and helpful. I especially appreciate the dental hygienist Lauren who was exceptional in her care and cleaning. She provided practical and educational information about dental hygiene. She is so pleasant and takes extra effort in being gentle when cleaning. I highly recommend this business

Office is clean and fairly efficient. Staff are very upbeat and enthusiastic about their jobs and ensuring the patient is taken care of and understands what the plan is. I didn’t give 5 stars because sometimes they are so busy it takes longer than it should and when your child needs to be in school and/or you need to be at work, it can have an inpact.

Overall experience was great. The only thing that was not so good was the fact that the hygienist that cleaned and flossed my teeth didn't have her phone on silent and it was ringing in my ear. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL. Phones should be kept on silent when you are taking care of your clients.

Lauren was my dental hygienist for my first ever deep cleaning. I was kind of nervous but she was GREAT, I couldn’t have asked for better honestly. She answered all my questions/concerns before I even asked and made the whole process go smoothly with no pain or discomfort. The doctor did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, however I was left in the room and they forgot about me I don't know how long I was laying there and I finally hollered for somebody that was walking past. I'm sorry to say that I will not be going back I'm appreciating the painful for me I have an autoimmune condition.
