Services were never completed When I would call to get an appointment scheduled, ( if someone answered) the lady would tell me that they were only taking emergencies only I get it that it was during the pandemic and everyone was freaked out and some businesses had put a hold on things but after everything went, somewhat back to normal my dental services should have been completed But that wasn’t the case. Very disappointed ☹️

I been 5 times to Weatherford office and 2 times to Lake Worth office in 2021/2022, because Weatherford office has no surgeons (nor endodontics despite their name), and thousands of dollars spent on hurting tooth/jaw that I reported 4 days after eating superbowl snacks that I thought only scratched my gum. Every visit to Monarch is a totally new set of (thinking just newly graduated) doctors & technicians(never same doctor twice). Each visit resulted in a totally new set of x-rays charged. Monarch diagnosis is a root canal surgery with crown (no cavities for 62+ years).
I went to a local long-time experienced single doctor practice for 2nd opinion, and first visit found a torus bone chip sticking out of the gum, infecting my gum beside the jawbone causing the toothache. My teeth x-rays show zero problems. My new DDS/MPH says Monarch fakes exams to do deep cleaning on every patient regardless if needed or not.

Everybody here is super nice, friendly. Very thorough and professional. I give 2.5-3 stars because I felt like I was 20 yrs old, and my 1st adult visit ever. My check in and x-rays were great, except verifying benefits should be done, behind an encased window but after that, it went downhill. My teeth were not cleaned and I asked why, It was because they wanted to begin periodontal care 1st, min $1400 down. I have good teeth, no decay nor cavities but yes, 40 yrs of gum inflammation. I have never had to pay more than $500-600 out of pocket. I should have read reviews beforehand. A good cleaning would remove plaque from furthering into my gums more. And the heart disease scare, has been around for 100 yrs, but I kept calm, listening.

Monarch dental is a corporation. The staff simply doesn't care about patients enough here. It's obvious they are heavily incentivized to upcharge. The lady at the front counter even told me that it was insurance fraud if I wanted to pay cash instead of having my insurance billed. WOW! This is either a blatant lie or just very poor training. shame on me for not picking a locally owned family dentist to begin with. I will not repeat that mistake. There is no transparency in the billing process here.

On top of it all, on my initial visit their hygienist was an hour and a half late forcing me to choose to reschedule my appointment or to be late for work myself. Management there had no backup plan for patients needing cleaning if someone called in sick or could not make it. I heard multiple phone calls being made from the front desk canceling appointments.

ULTIMATELY, they refused to treat my 13 year old son because I didn't trust them. I feel like they did me a favor here. Not once did anyone ever apologize to me or my family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in for a chipped tooth. They had me examined, went over the price, and had my tooth repaired all in less than an hour. The tooth looks like it was never even chipped. Once again great work and great staff.

Stay away from these franchise scammers! I went here a couple months ago just to get xrays and have a missing filling looked at. The dentist took so long to come see me I was in there for HOURS. Then when I called back later to schedule a cleaning, they tried to tell me it would be over $300 out of pocket because I needed a gingivitis treatment vs. the standard preventative cleaning. The receptionist said I was diagnosed with gingivitis when I had my exam, but they never mentioned that to me when I was there!! I've been to several different dentists on a pretty regular basis and always told I have great teeth and gums. I've heard before that these dental franchises are sketchy. I'll go get a real dentist's opinion... won't go back to Monarch.

Dr Branca is the best dentist ever ! Brought my kids there and they don't want to go any where else . It is differently worth the drive . My son had to have a crown done and she made him so comfortable he hugged her. Rachel made sure the insurance was all taken care of and the payment plans helped us afford the dental work . Thank you so much for making us feel like family !!

I made an appointment with this office based on a friends referral. I knew I had some issues that would need to be addressed since I haven't visited a dentist in a few years without dental insurance. Dr. Branca and her staff provided the best dental experience I have ever had. Even with completing new customer paperwork, getting x-rays, the Doctor examining my teeth and identifying my issues, and the treatment (which was supposed to be a half now half later treatment but the staff obliged me to get it done in one visit) I was out of the office in under 2 hours. I had planned on a much longer visit since I knew a deep scaling would be required, but was pleasantly surprised to have had so much completed in such a short visit. They took care of all of my paperwork for me, dealt with my insurance and had the insurance coverage arranged and ready to go within minutes of completing the new patient forms. I can't say enough how much I appreciated everything Dr. Branca and her staff did for me and would recommend anyone to visit this office. Completely worth the drive for me of 40 minutes and passing dozens of other dentists along the way to get the top notch care that is provided here.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly RUDE, and I'm STILL WAITING for her to send me a quote for my treatment plan (it has been 2 months.) It's a shame because the dentist and others in the back were wonderful. When I called and made the appointment, the lady I spoke with was wonderful, and assured me my insurance could be looked up when I got there. The receptionist lady acted like I asked her to give me a kidney... She made it very clear that it was a terrible inconvenience. I finally offered to call the lady I made the appointment with and ask for her to help this lady do HER JOB.
I needed extensive work over multiple visits. After I saw the dentist, she apologized and said they were behind up front, and could they send me the information on how much it would be. As I said, i'm still waiting.
For the number of visits, and amount of money I was going to spend, I decided to go elsewhere. Archstone was happy to look up my insurance and give me the information that day. It's a shame that one hateful lady is allowed to drive away business, but from the other reviews I've read, this is not an isolated incident.

Staff was very attentive and sympathetic to my situation. I felt comfortable and valued as a patient. The dentist addressed what needed to be done and didn't pile on other problem areas for future work. I needed that! Keep doing what you are doing! I am happy to move my family over to Monarch Dental.
