Update:
The office has made a tremendous upgrade to their appointment times and slots. Now the appointments are more consistent. So far its been good. Dr Mrs is great. And staff is very nice.
Dr luz and staff are wonderful!!make you feel like family and not like another number. She is great with kids and very nice!! However my exact rating would be a 3.9 bc of the appointments. Appointment times are not consistent. So if you go by the scheduled appointment, chances are the day prior to your meet they'll call you with a different time. Happens often.

First patient at this office, and the experience was more than just 5 stars. Really happy with how fast they called us in for me and my husband . Everything was done una timely manner. Both hygienist Yasmín and Lori explained everything perfectly, Lori made us understand every treatment and was very knowledgeable about everything. Then we got seen by the doctor and she was beyond nice and kind over all, also explained everything very good as well. Front desk, Paula helped us understand everything going on with the insurance and was very patient in answering every single question we had . Thank you everyone there, will be coming back with my kids and have them treated from now on at that office as well.
