Everytime I come it's a wonderful experience from the front desk, tech, and the actual dentist. They are so amazing with my children and I'm going in for my second appointment. It's clean and accommodating. This is definitely a place to choose.

Went in after not having been to the dentist in a couple years & was told I would need a deep cleaning & several fillings. X-rays were taken which was fine but they had to be retaken multiple times before they were clear enough to see. Then I was left to sit in the chair in one of the rooms with no explanation as to what I was waiting on. I got tired of waiting so I paid what I owed & left.

So my son had an appointment for September 27th and they called to reschedule for October 5th at 9 am. He didn't go to school because of his appointment. We live in Kilgore and drove to white oak at 9 am this morning for his appointment. When we arrive they tell me they need to reschedule. Never got a phone call or text message from them prior to my arrival.Now we haven't appointment and he missed school for no reason. I give 0 stars for this office. Apparently they have no clue how to run a business. We will not be back. Thanks for time wasted White oak smiles

My opinion has changed about this place. Seems to be different people! I called them for a quote on getting two teeth pulled! They have my insurence on file and I asked them how much will it be to pull two teeth? They said 71 dollars and 20 cents. So I had to wait a month for my appointment. I go to my appointment today 1/30/23. I asked the lady at front desk again, this will only be 71.20 to have two teeth pulled? She said we will see when we get back there! The instantly started x-rays on my teeth! Then they bring the bill back there and they wanted 102 something. I told them that they quoted 71.20. The attendant went and got the same lady up front and she came back and started trying to explain about the deductible. To make a long story short. They lied to me for one when I called for appointment. Second, she knew I only had 72.00 to pay them when she took me back there and they done full mouth xrays also knowing that fact. I walked out and paid them nothing! That was on them I believe! Have a blessed day!

I have been receiving dental treatment here for well over 2 years and they are always awesome. They give you reasonably priced treatment with or without insurance and give you options. I love that the staff is always so helpful and kind!

First visit after going to a different dentist that was trying to pull multiple teeth to sell implants. So far so good. Really polite, gentle, and prompt AND open on a Saturday! Will be back!
