I can honestly say that I don’t cringe at the thought of going to the dentist because of this whole team. From the front desk to the hygienist, to both Dr. Adam and Dr. Michael, I feel well taken care of, and not traumatized when I leave - which was not the case with a previous dentist. I haven’t seen the other hygienists, but Lindsay is so wonderful - very thorough and professional.

This dental office has expertly initiated a perfect trifecta maneuver that will probably forever keep me as a client. The first third of this strategy starts with their front desk. Danielle always seems super happy to see me and knows my name when I walk in. No one else in the office has ever filled the niche that she does in this strategic triangle. She needs to be kept at whatever the cost. The second leg of the triangle of awesomeness is Lindsey the dental hygienist. She is absolutely fantastic. She is by far the best hygienist I've ever had in my entire life. I can always count on her to make the experience as painless and pleasant as possible. I always feel like they're being honest with me and I can trust their judgement when it comes to their recommendations on my dental work. They take the time to explain even the small things if I'm inclined to learn a little at my visit. Nothing is a mystery, I've always been treated exceptionally well. The last leg of the legendary triangle is Dr. Adam Van Leeuwen. That guy has a charisma that would be difficult to out do. He always makes me feel important, and on top of my dental hygiene efforts. He's incredibly knowledgeable and honest. This man knows his craft for the sake of excellence and it shows. I've had other dentists who always seemed to be trying to slip in extra work so they can get more money, but that's never been the case with Van Leeuwen. They're committed to performing the appropriate amount of work when needed and rely heavily on proper prevention practices. I moved away about two years ago and I still make the long drive, because I just can't trust anyone else as much as I do them. The only thing that would make me think about going elsewhere is if Lindsey takes a different job elsewhere. I swear, that woman is the best and I won't see any other. Adam, whatever you're paying that woman, you need to increase it. You can't afford to lose her to being poached by some other dental office. The same goes for Danielle. I'd attach a hand-clap gif if I could. Well done Van Leeuwen dental. You've achieved legendary status in my eyes. Well done.

I came to this clinic 6 years ago. My teeth were yellow and i was afraid to smile. Now i got beautiful crowns and implant, my teeth look white and i want to smile every day of my life. This dental office is the best i have ever experienced in my life, they treat you like you are a part of the family. I always have positive emotions after each visit. I recommend it to my friends and everybody!!! Amazing!!!

I visitEd during Covid and felt like they handled things very well. I felt very comfortable. The staff is really nice and they always take good care of me. It’s always a pleasant experience going in for having to go see the dentist.

We (myself and 2 kids) love Van Leeuwen Dental! Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Adam are very knowledgeable in dentisty.
Dr. Mike was so patient when my daughter had her first cavity (age 7) and wouldn't open her mouth for a shot (it took 30 min to convince her to) and he never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him.
When my daughter got her tongue stuck in her retainer at school (age 9) and we needed an emergency stop by, Dr. Adam was quick to her aid....even taking a picture saying, "wow, this is something I've never seen before".
We love to joke around with the doctors and love seeing them. Knowing we get to see them makes the idea of a visit for the health of our teeth that more enjoyable.
We've been patients for 8 years and would never consider going anywhere else. In fact, they do not take our insurance plan so we choose to self pay to stay.

I am a brand new patient to Van Leeuwen Dental and I am already thoroughly impressed. I learned more about my teeth than I ever thought to get out of a cleaning! The staff is all very friendly, patient, and knowledgable. I also very much appreciate that they answer questions without pressuring you to purchase anything, as is the case at some other dentistries.

Discovered this wonderful office 10 years ago . Dr Van Leeuwen correctly diagnosed a miss diagnosed problem . I live in Texas part of the year but this is my and my family’s dental office . Good comfortable

Just had my first visit at Van Leeuwen Dental in Cottonwood Heights. Jeanine gave a comprehensive cleaning and Dr. Michael gave a complete checkup. It was an enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend them.
