Myself and my family have been going to Heritage Park Family Dentistry for years and I can't be more happy. Dr. Cameron Felt recently started practicing here and I'll have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. You know just meeting a new dentist and such... I wasn't excited. I am so thoroughly happy with Dr Felt and his staff!!! Best Dentist Ever!!!
I hate the dentist just like everyone else and when I went in for my basic cleaning Dr Felt told me that I needed some work done. I wasn't excited. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do and why. He went over the procedure and explained that I may be in quite a bit of pain afterwards. He also went over the cost etc. After we were done he told me that he would give me a call later that night just to check on me to make sure that I was doing ok.
All afternoon after my mouth was starting to feel normal again I was expecting to hurt like Dr Felt said might happen. It didn't ever hurt. Nothing at all. Now I'm sure that sometimes things do hurt at the dentist but Dr. Felt was concerned enough that he came right out and told me that this was going to hurt. It never did!!
Later that night I was speaking to my daughter who has also been coming to Heritage Park Family Dentistry for years. She was a little apprehensive about going to see the new dentist. I was telling her about my positive experience and how everyone really cared about how I was feeling. I was telling her that Dr. Felt said he was going to call and check to see how I was doing and just as I finished saying that my phone rang. It was Dr Felt. He asked me how much pain I was in and I told him none at all. He said he was glad that things went as well as they did and said well now you have my cell phone number so if you ever have any problems after hours give me a call and let me know.
What amazing customer service. I really appreciate the extra effort and care that I receive from Dr Felt and his staff. Thank you!!!

Dr. Jason Hansen is amazingly gentle, skilled, thorough, and a great communicator. I really appreciated his follow up. The office staff were very considerate, helpful and also communicated clearly. They earned and deserve a 5 star rating.

This was likely my favorite dentist I have ever had. Appointments were always very prompt and I don't believe I ever even had to sit down in the waiting room they always got me right in. The staff there is absolutely AMAZING and I would recommend them to anyone! I love that I could come in and have my cleaning and exams done on my lunch! So sad that I had to move out of state. I also love that they aren't pushy about procedures that aren't necessary like other dentists can be known to do.
