I came in at 10:25AM. I was the only person inside besides a lady that was talking to the front office and left as I got to the counter. I filled my info out and more people came inside. When I turned it in they told me there was a limit to 3 people and they decided to tell me to wait by the bench or in the car (the bench is directly infront of the entrance, not 6 ft away exposing you to anyone that walks in). I went to my car. The dentist goes over my teeth and I tell him I only care about 4 teeth, he said they could take care of that today, and he noticed more teeth as he was examining. Then he leaves and says they will be doing a cleaning today and working on those teeth. I waited 30 min. The front lady comes and tells me they are still working on my insurance and I can wait or get called back. I figure I've already waited awhile, I will wait again. She comes back and says the work I wanted will take too long and I basically need to go instead of wait. I am disappointed in this office, they are very confusing and not upfront at all.
