Summit Dental & Orthodontics

We’ve been coming to Summit Dental for over 15 years! We love the staff… all of them. They are so great to put me (a hater of dentists!) at ease, they’re patient and kind. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful company.

I love the way the staff treat their patients. Super professionals and outgoing people which I love. The doctor was amazing too and made sure that my all my needs were taking care of too. Summit dental is a great place to treat and care for your teeth. I highly recommend people to go in there and check them out. I’m very happy with my whole braces experience as a whole. Thank you so much for giving me the perfect smile I was looking for 😁.

My first couple of experiences there were great. Some of the staff is wonderful, others leave a lot to be desired. I paid in advance to have a root canal and crown. They ended up not doing the root canal. When I asked to get my money refunded for the root canal that never happened they told me so many different reasons as to why they couldn’t just yet or just never returned my calls. It 6 MONTHS to finally get my money back.
There was one dentist that was a very nice guy. He saw on my X-rays that I have a tooth that may need a new root canal, because the current one failed. He said he’d be able to do the root canal also. On my next visit I got my crown put into place and was planning to discuss getting that failed root canal fixed. Instead I saw a completely different dentist who REALLY left a lot to be desired. He STRUGGLED trying to get my crown the right height and fit in my mouth. I kept telling him it was still off a little and he seemed to be getting so annoyed and frustrated with me. Eventually I told him it was fine, even though it still didn’t feel completely right. I told him about my possible root canal revision and he just referred me to a different orthodontist office. Very frustrating being told so many different things.
I strongly disliked being tossed between so many different dentists. They never knew everything that was going on with me. For obvious reasons. Some were great to work with and others really weren’t.
I definitely won’t be going back to this group of dentists. It’s unfortunate because some of the people working there are truly great to work with. Others are horrible and because of how they run things you never know who you’re going to get.

My wife and I are both recent new clients to Summit Dental in Layton on Gentile.We have avoided the dentist for a lot of years.ThisExperience for us was amazing! The staff were super friendly the dentists were very kind and the new building is beautiful. We would recommend this place to anybody. Jess our hygienist was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and her personality is off the charts fun! The extra time she took with my wife to ease her fears was magical to watch. We have already recommended this place to 4 people.

The facility is really impressive and the staff is exceptional. It was easy to have confidence in the dentist who took a look at my teeth and know he was interested in my well-being. His assistant was super nice and professional. I came to Summit after the previous office I went to gave me a temporary crown, some phone numbers to get root canals done at, and then come back for crowns. Say whuh?!? That just didn't make sense. Glad my wife found Summit for me. 😍

my time was valued! My entire family will
be switching to Summit Dental!

Everyone at summit dental is so friendly. Dr Erickson has done some major dental work on me. I have dentist anxiety but he and his assistant Veronica made me feel comfortable and safe. They are both very kind and considerate. Also, the cute little gal that does the insurance is great! She lets me know how much my insurance will pay And is very personable. I Don’t remember her name but she is the one that has rheumatoid arthritis.

I love summit dental and they have been so good with my braces. My teeth are moving in a positive direction!! The lady that worked on me this last time just seemed to not know what she was doing or how to do her job. Good thing the doc double checked and she ended up getting help for the other ladies in the room. They have a great team there at the office.

Always a pleasure and no fear going in for my three month periodontal checkup! I’ve been going to this dental office since it started across the street. The atmosphere is calming and inviting and the staff are helpful and friendly. I see Dr. Hadley on a regular basis and he is one of the best dentists I have had. I recommend Summit Dental & Orthodontics highly for anyone looking for a great place for oral hygiene and help.

Just recently went in for wisdom tooth issues. I believe my dentist was Holt if I remember correctly. Everyone from the front office to the procedure chair were on point and made everything a great experience. It was my first time getting sedated and they made sure that I was comfortable and good throughout the whole thing. 2 wisdom teeth were removed while I was out and the recovery thus far has been really easy.

It's weird to say that getting teeth ripped out is a good experience, but it was lol. Glad they were able to help me in a short notice too.
