I developed an emergency situation (the crown on an implant turning extremely wobbly and becoming raised so that I couldn't close my teeth) the evening before, and the doctor I would normally go to was not available. I walked into this office and was treated with great kindness and patience as I explained my problem to Whitney at the front desk. She went out of her way to help me. Dr. Sego fit me into his schedule and took very good care of me. He was even able to save the crown. I felt like he was very professional, and his manner was calm and personable. He took time to listen and to explain things to me. I liked him and his staff very much.

Allie is a wonderful dentist! I have sensitive teeth and she is very patient w/me. She spends as much time as she needs to complete the cleaning, filling etc.without complaint. I will be a return customer.

I was injured in an auto accident on the day of my appointment. After calling them to inform them of my situation, they called me back within the hour to invite me to another appointment later that day. I was furious and insulted. I told them I was not returning to their office. Despite that I continue to receive phone calls from them. What an incompetent staff! It is apparent to me no one cares. All they want are bodies.
I thought you said I would not be contacted again. I was called again today while at work. I can't believe it. I think you need to take control of your staff because clearly they are incompetent.

It was my first visit and the receptionist was very helpful in setting up the appointment! They were communicative, friendly and super nice!
When I went back for for the cleaning, Jamaiza the hygienist made me feel comfortable and explained all the steps to me. Following my cleaning Dr. Sego in to meet me and review my dental plan. He was friendly, easy to talk to and listened to my past struggles with my teeth and headaches.
I’ve had a history of chronic teeth issues and have been to many dentists, by far this has been one of the BEST experience from scheduling to treatment that I’ve had!
You can tell Dr. Sego and his staff truly care about people!

Had high hopes as our first visits seemed to go ok and staff was friendly. Now trying to get billing inquiries settled and other new patient items, we have called, emailed and forced to use their text service and cannot get anything resolved after weeks. No one calls back or follows up.
In regards to the response... I'm not sure what you are referring to at all and if you have us confused with another patient. Please don't try and reply with a generic response when no "discounts" were given in our favor for anything. Pretty sure that is not how insurance works ever. Also, this started weeks before the holidays. Thank you!
Almost two months since I was told the issue was corrected it is not. Have sent follow up requests and nothing. Very frustrating!!

Truly, the best dental office and staff I have ever been to! I was nervous changing dental offices, but I don't regret moving to The Fort Union Dentist one bit! They are incredibly friendly, respectful, comfortable, clean, and thorough in the work I have had done on my teeth. I actually drive close to an hour to see Dr. Sego and I will keep doing it too! Love his fun staff too!

Traveling from Idaho to Salt Lake when a crown fell out. Tried several different Dentists, and none were able to work me in. Called Fort Union Dentist and had an appointment by the time I arrived in SLC. From the phone call to walking in the office, my experience was so positive. I wish they were in Idaho were I live. Highly recommend this office.

This is the absolute best Dental office around!! The front desk workers are so friendly, it took all my nerves of being at the dentist away! These guys hold the gold standard for dental! All the way up to management, you'll get the best care! Highly recommend to everyone and anyone!
