I had a filling crack over the weekend, I called Dr. Smith's office and he squeezed me in last minute the next business day. The staff was courteous and professional and despite a last minute appointment it was on time. Dr. Smith was professional and compassionate ensuring I was comfortable. Not only did he do a great job in replacing my cracked filling ( original was not his work by the way) he informed me of some potential needs in the future and treatment options. I went to Dr. Smith to get a new crown on a tooth. I have had several crowns in the past 40 years, and they were always painful, time-consuming, and required multiple visits to the dentist. With Dr. Smith, it was an entirely different experience. Since the nerve was not exposed, I did not have to have the shot, the new tooth was designed and manufactured right there in his office, and I was able to complete the entire process in one visit! Best experience ever in crown placement!
