By far the best dentist visit I've ever had. The entire team is multifaceted, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very warm and professional team. Each one of them went above what I would have expected especially being my first time at the office. Addressed some issues I didn't even come in for. I experience zero pain while I was there and was very comfortable the entire time. I have established them as my dental team going forward. Highly recommend!

Never in my life have I had such an incredible experience. The Office is charming, The staff are humble and charismatic and considerate. They have warm personalities and a friendly demeanor. The dentist I had today named Dr.Zurcher really went above and beyond. Everyone did and they helped me through all the problems that I was working through. I couldnt ask for more and it was so comforting to be around people who actually care about people. If you live in Salt Lake City, your experience here will blow you away. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

What a wonderful experience! They were sooooo kind and helpful. My teeth feel so much better! I am sooooo happy with everything they did! I would absolutely tell everyone to use them for the best dental care ever! Love them!

Dr.Zurcher and staff are amazing. My mouth was no small feat. My crowns are beautiful and Dr.Zurcher has been impeccable with follow up and listens to every concern. He answers my questions with expertise and educated prowess! Great dentist and I’m picky!

They were Amazing!!! I broke a front tooth & my long time dentist wouldn't get me in asap.( they said 2 weeks for an emergency?? Huh? ) Its a front tooth!! But i googled other dentists & found them( Lucky Me ) . Salt lake family dental accommodated to me & what had happened even though they had never met me before . But that didn't matter. (Patients & there health & needs come first here) They were able to get me in within 20 min of calling. Now that's a Dental office I want to be a patient for. It was top notch customer service !! They were so kind & nice !! You could tell the dentist was a perfectionist & was so knowledgeable he had my tooth fixed in less than 5 minutes🤣. I am excited to transfer my records here now because of all this, & how good they treated me ( My own dentist couldnt even help me & could've cared less it was a front tooth I broke or to make time for me somewhere In there busy day let alone not even 5 minutes😳😤😱 ) they lost a patient because of how bad they treated me.!! I feel it was a blessing in disguise what happened ....

I can't even describe how great my visit was today. I haven't had the best relationships with dentists in the past and it resulted in me not seeing one for nearly 7 years. When I finally decided it was time I chose Salt Lake Family Dental because of their statements regarding dental anxiety. I met with the hygienist and we talked about my previous experiences and she was incredibly empathetic to that. I felt no guilt, shame, or mental discomfort with my situation. If you are looking for a dentist that is empathetic to your oral and/or financial situation, look no further. My hygienist was conscious of my financial situation and my timeframe to get out of my appointment to get to a meeting. I couldn't speak higher of them. 10/10, 5 stars, all the thumbs up!

Great reception group. They know their stuff. Then you go to hygienist, si friendly. Gets her process completed quickly. Dr Willuamsen is great.
