Dr Zaugg and his staff are always friendly, accommodating, and happy to see us! The office is so gorgeous; they have the latest technology, and I love how clean it is. They send reminders via text, which is so helpful! Dr. Zaugg has done ortho work on all four of my kids, and they have beautiful smiles to show for it. Thanks for the consistently great service.

Dr. Florence and his staff are wonderful. I have had some less than great dental experiences over the years and since coming to PVD (5+ years ago) have been more than happy. They are knowledgable, caring and gentle; have current technology and equipment; the facility is very welcoming and clean. I really appreciate how Dr. Florence clearly states what needs to be done and what options are available, including cost estimates. Knowing my family and I are receiving top quality dental care while being treated with kindness and respect is the most important thing to me. I have three young children (7, 5, 2) who are all excited when they "get to go" to the Dentist!

We’ve seen both Dr. Christensen and Dr. Zaugg. They are so friendly and we’re always treated well when we go. Great dental care and friendly staff. Their hygienist Stephanie is the best!

I cracked a tooth, was in horrible pain, called Florence, he wouldn't see me for 2 weeks (which should be a red flag, apparently they do not leave emergency appointments open) so I made the mistake of going to his partner, Brady Powell. He immediately tried to upsell me to a root canal, then, when I felt strongly that the old, already cracked tooth needed to be pulled, then he wanted me to agree to a Bone graft whit he shouldn't be doing in the first place. I had just had an implant done and NO bone graft was needed, socket healed just fine. When he gave me the shots, NEVER had I had a shot hurt so much and then immediately after my heart started racing, I was dizzy, sweating, felt like I was going to pass out or die. When I told him something was not right, he sat across the room and just said oh its the epi...did not check me, my HR or BP. It was a tramatic pull. He acted mad the whole time. 2 days later I was hurting so bad, called him and he said he would order Tramadol if I couldn't handle the pain. i had to find the pharmacy...he was out of date and couldn't do it on his phone. 2 more days...pain to the point of throwing up, now I look inside my mouth, lg black hole....I text him from our previously feed, asked if there was something it couldn't be packed with, something. NEVER responded. I called his office next day to get records to find another Dentist. No mention of the epi incident. The dentist that saw me said it was a horrible dry socket, my gums were now pulling away from the other teeth on either side, suggested I get right in to the Peridontist that did my tooth implant. 10 days later, I got a bone graft, site was a mess, had to be cleaned out, bone was actually dying from exposure. The weeks of pain and all that I now have to pay for is because of him. Once he knew I had asked my records be sent to the other dentist, he started calling, leaving messages the last one being the Friday, the day I went to Peridontist, which was at the crack of dawn saying he would call me until I answered and that he had called the 2nd Dentist to set the record straight and tell him what really happened. I had to call his office and tell them if the phone calls continued I would get a restraining order against him.I realized afterward, epinephrine is a vasoconstrictor, which is why I only slightly bled for an hr after I left the office and why I got a dry socket. BEWARE.
