Dodge Family Dentistry

I would recommend Dodge Family Dental to anyone who would listen!!! I have always had dental problems, very problematic teeth, so I have been to many dentists in my life and Dodge is by far the best! From the very beginning everyone was very nice and helpful. I ended up needing about 12 fillings due to them not being done correctly at a previous dentist a year before!!! They were super helpful with my schedule and at every apt I was able to go right back, I never had to wait to be seen! My mouth was a little tore up from all the work I had done but it was all worth it!! My teeth are smooth and the teeth with fillings dont feel like I had work done. Every other time I had fillings my teeth were jagged. I was told I might need root canals and possible crowns but Dr. Kieth did everything he could to avoid it and I only needed fillings. I love that I found a reliable, trustworthy dentist that isnt trying to make money off me, hes all about quality. If anyone is looking for a great dentist's office to visit its Dodge!!!!

This practice has been in the community for a long time! Dr dodge is kind and patient. He has a very fine attention to detail and works to do things right. He always asks if I have any questions are concerns and never seems too rushed to hear me out. The rest of the staff is so nice and helpful. Kathy is the hygienist, and does a fantastic job. Trish at the front desk is awesome, and always takes her time to help with money and insurance issues. I recommended their practice to everyone!

I have really appreciated the honesty of the staff at Dodge Family Dentistry. I am smack dab in the middle of what could be a very frustrating situation... I had a molar break, and as the end of the year rapidly approaches I'd like to have this taken care of in 2012 rather than taking up all of my benefits in 2013. The finance advisor was clear in presenting my options to me. She even mentioned the possibility of going to another office so that I could receive my benefits for this year. I really appreciated her honesty and I felt she genuinely cared about my situation.

Well, as I looked into other offices to go to, none had reviews as good as my experience with Dodge. I even had an appointment scheduled with Stonehaven Dental, but cancelled (after reading their horrific reviews).

I've been a patient at Dodge for a year and a half. They do high-quality work, are friendly, and honest. I'd chalk that up as a win.

These people are great. Besides excellent dental care they make going to the dentist a good experience.

Doctor Dodge is amazing! He and his staff always have a smile and take the best care of my family. We couldn't give a stronger recommendation for his services.

I have been going here for several years, but am extremely unimpressed after my last visit. I needed 2 fillings and was told they confirmed coverage with my dental insurance. I was surprised to get a bill for the balance several weeks later. The insurance company told me the office never contacted them to confirm coverage. The office manager just kept repeating that “they do their very best,” even when asked why they didn’t contact the insurance company. Because the stories I was getting were so different, I asked the UT Department of Insurance to look into it. The Department of Insurance told me that the insurance company was correct. Not only that, the contract between Dr. Dodge and the insurance company (that he signed) spells out that enamel fillings on back teeth are covered at the rate of silver fillings, and this is something that is an industry standard - no dental insurance companies cover enamel fillings on the back teeth. I was never even given the option for a silver filling. I strongly disagree with their assertion that “they do their very best” when they can’t be bothered to keep track of what services are allowed to be covered in their contracts, especially when it is something that is an industry standard - not paying attention to contracts is not even trying at all. I will not be going back.

I came in here after having some very horrible dental experiences and they were wonderful!

About a year ago I had an old root canal that I had done 10 years ago get infected and need redone. I went in to an endodontis not to far from here on University Ave and in the end messed up the root-canal and missed a whole section of root leaving it hanging in my sinus. A few month later my sinus all got infected again and swelled clear up.

That is when from the recommendation of my sister I came to Dodge Family Dentistry. They took a quick xray of the situation and recommended me to a top of the line highly qualified endodontist on 800 North in Orem. The person they recommended me to took a digital 3D Xray of my mouth and showed me exactly where the old endodontist had completely messed up and missed a whole section of rotted tooth. They then went in and and cleared it all up and I haven't had an issue since.

Also specifically while at Dodge Family Dentistry they were always extremely helpful in explaining things and teaching about better oral health. They even helped explain some very simple but direct tips about how to make the most out of brushing your teeth to get down between the gums.

They were extremely friendly, helpful, and overall provided a great dental experience. The rest of our time in the area my wife and I both went here and had a great experience.

I'm so happy we moved over to Dr. Keith. Totally worth the drive from Brigham City. We've been to a few dentists, and my kids kept having bad experiences. They were TERRIFIED on going to the dentist. Dr. Keith put my daughter at ease, and was so compassionate and empathetic with her. He constantly asked her if she could feel things, etc. On the way home, she said she shouldn't have been so stressed out about the appointment. She's 9. We won't go anywhere else, ever again.

We felt very comfortable there, everyone is really friendly, and they do a thorough job. They take the time to explain your situation to you and give you the tools that you need to continue to take care of your teeth. They even gave my newborn a baby toothbrush to start teaching her good habits!

Love this place. Dr. Dodge is honest and provides excellent service (and is super friendly and genuine), and his office staff are amazing. Trish, in particular, has always been so impressive with how she handles our account and takes care of my family.
