White Smiles Family Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. White ever since he opened his practice in Orem. His state-of-the-art equipment, including digital x-rays, makes it refreshing to see dentistry caught up with technology. I am able to see my own x-rays as Dr. White diagnoses my teeth. He is very talented and one of the greatest guys I've ever met. I always leave with a smile because they are so nice and efficient.

I have been going to White Smiles pretty much since they opened their doors. They are knowledgeable, kind, mindful of time, and professional in every way. A big thing for me and my family is dental PAIN FREE. They are always so careful not to recommend or do anything without it being absolutely necessary. They do t make stuff up at your expense to cover the bills. VERY HONEST! I can strongly recommend.

I waited a few years before going to any dentist and I ended up needing a lot of work done. Cavities, crowns, root canals...all the worst and most scary but these guys made it as easy as it can get I think. Such nice people, easy to work with (insurance etc), and just great dentists! I'd totally recommend to anyone. Oh and the dentist chairs have views of the mountains...not mad about that.

I have been going to see Doctor White for years. I love the exceptional service and the staff is wonderful and always personable. Whenever I have an appointment I am taken right back without waiting long in the waiting room. Thanks for the years of excellent treatment, I'm forward to many more. Highly recommend!

Went to White Smiles in Jan based on a friend's recommendation. NEW CLIENTS BE AWARE: they won't actually do a cleaning on your first visit, they just look around and gather your info. Then, they will have you come back AGAIN for the actual cleaning. That's pretty annoying, but stuck with it based on good reviews of the dr. Upon the second visit, the dr said that an old filling wasn't going to last long and recommended a crown to avoid the potential need for a pricier root canal down the road. Decided to take his advice and got a crown done at a THIRD appointment. Since then, I have felt pain and sensitivity in that tooth, which never existed before. I went in two other times after that to have them try to make adjustments but nothing has helped, and the dr at the last visit basically said that I'm just going to have to deal with it. The best part is that I just got a bill from them three months later, and there's a finance charge on it for not paying off the balance within 60 days. This is the first statement we have received. But because our insurance paid them late we get stuck with a finance charge--even though they never once contacted us to tell us there was a delay from our insurance, so that we could look into it. Usually when you don't get a bill, it means everything is taken care of. Not with White Smiles--they will wait to tell you there is a balance until AFTER enough time has passed to add on a finance charge. I don't normally leave a bad review based on a single negative experience because any business can have a bad day, but White Smiles has repeatedly delivered a terrible experience at every interaction and I honestly feel like potential clients should look elsewhere.

Dr. White and his staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Having a dental team that I can trust has been wonderful... and knowing that I'm getting state-of-the-art care from a team with solid home-town values means everything to me.

I've had lots of dental work done over the years; braces, extractions, root canals, fillings, caps not to mention routine checkups with cleanings. At almost 60 I've experienced a few dental practices in my life. I've been going to White Smiles Family Dentistry for over 15 years and always greeted with a smile and treated in the most professional manner. I can't say enough good things about Dr White who always takes an interest in activities I'm engaged in. Can I just say I hate needles and getting shots. Dr White makes the process of numbing as effortless as I've ever felt, or not felt to be more accurate. Current on all the latest technology White Smiles Family Dentistry has it all; friendly staff, skilled assistants, and dentist that really know their business. Even last year Dr White pointed out a pre cancerous spot on my ear. He recommended I go see a dermatologist and it was was he saw in the dental chair. A quick shot of icy cold spray at the dermatologist's office and crisis overted. Thank you Dr White and your team for years of quality service!

Great dentist office with great people! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but they make the experience very comfortable.

I was so relaxed while having my teeth
worked on that I fell asleep. Not once but at least four times... I would recommend Dr. White to anyone! He does great dental work and all of his staff are so friendly!

I just had a crown put in yesterday, and I can't believe how quickly the procedure went. It only took about 2 hours start to finish. I remember when crowns used to take several weeks! And the best part is that my mouth isn't even sore today! Dr. White is great. And I love the staff there! Thanks especially to Courtney, Cami, and Ashley!
