Clark & Schiffman Dental

I have gone to several dentists that I just was not happy with but then I found Clark & Schiffman and I will not go anywhere else! I always see Dr. Schiffman and he is so kind and professional and takes the time to explain everything. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating and do their jobs well -- making what is often a painful and uncomfortable experience bearable. I don't live in Provo anymore but I still drive a considerable distance to come here. Having a great dentist is worth it!

I have been with Clark & Schiffman for a few years now. Eight months ago I went to get a cleaning that was supposed to be free with my insurance. I was informed AFTER the cleaning took my place that my insurance was "no longer in network" and they had forgotten to let me know, but that they would "figure it out." Last week I got a bill in the mail for over $100 for that same cleaning (which is a lot as a college student). I called and they said they had tried to submit it several times to the insurance but that I still owed the amount that was billed to me.

The person I spoke to on the phone was really kind and helpful, helping me get on a payment plan since it wasn't feasible for me to pay the whole thing outright. I have loved being a client at Clark & Schiffman Dental, but I am disappointed in their lack of communication that would have saved me over $100 and would have also saved them from losing a client. I would like to go to a dentist who I can trust will tell me upfront if they no longer take my insurance.

I've seen Dr Schiffman for years and he's always been great. I had a snafu where they stopped accepting my insurance and I wasn't made aware but Dr Schiffman called to personally apologize and offer to make it right.

I hope to be able to switch my insurance to something they accept in 2021.

Dr. Quinn was amazing! very personable, very professional, did an excellent job on my fillings and is very informative about my care and procedures. Compared to many other dentists I have been to he was the best, what a great experience! I highly recommend this dentistry to all.

I grew up seeing Dr. Clark and even though I have not lived in Provo for over 3 years have continued to come to them because of their great services. They always work me into their schedule, perform quality work and at a very reasonable price.

I've been going to Dr. Clark for ALL of my dental needs for the last 5 years. I started seeing him when I was a teenager, and now, as an adult, I continue to be impressed every time I see him. He's always in a good mood and happy to see his clients, especially kids. He remembers details about you and seems genuinely interested in everything you have to say... even if it's in the middle of a cleaning. :) He's extremely professional and I trust him completely. His staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. After my last visit I looked him up online and found out that he donates a lot of time and money to kids and families who have no insurance and/or money for dental care. He really is one of a kind and I will definitely continue to see him for years to come.

I love Dr. Schiffman! I recently moved to Salt Lake, but still scheduled an appointment with them because I trust him a lot and feel so cared for. I'm also totally satisfied with the quality of their care.

Excellent! I went to 3 other dentist in Utah County before finding Clark Schiffman. They are by far the best in Utah county. They aren't dentist to make money like many dentist. They are here to help.

Their approach is very good and don't suggest doing elaborate procedures. The dental hygienist are amazing...some of the best in all of Utah. If you are looking for an excellent dental office with great prices here it is.

I love them! I have a sensitive mouth, and all the hygienists and both dentists are gentle and always listen to my concerns. I never wait long, and the receptionist is a gem. It's always such an easy process. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off or do extra procedures at all. I've since moved up north but still drive down for my appointments!

Dr. Schiffman and the staff are great. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why and is sure to answer any questions I have about oral health or even about the tools he uses in the office. He never rushes my questions and takes the time to explain everything and give me all the options available. I've recommended him to my whole family!
