Dr. Steven Flick DMD

So far our appointment was great. I came in without that much expectations. Kailee/Kaylee, (I’m assuming) was the hygienist who helped me. I’d say she cares for her patients and made the appointment a comfortable one. She was also very patient with my toddler. Front desk staff are friendly too. I know there are negative reviews, but I am talking from my experience with them and so far, it’s been great. Will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Provo Family Dentistry. I used to have a lot of dental anxiety, which I have almost completely overcome in the few years I have come here. Dr Wilson has always done great work on my teeth.

I recently had a dental emergency -- I broke my front teeth while hiking on a Sunday. Within a few hours, Dr Flick had completely fixed my teeth. The bill was very manageable, and I actually like my new teeth better than my old ones! I am so grateful that Dr Flick did such a great job. You would never know that my new teeth didn't grow out of my own head. (Picture attached is of my terrible broken teeth.)

The only possible complaint I have -- I'm not a fan of some of the hygienists, but there is a newer hygienist who is amazing. Now I schedule my appointments with her specifically, no problem. I saw another review regarding issues with insurance, but we have never had a problem, even though I have switched insurance two or three times. I have found their receptionists to be very easy to work with. I will be coming to Provo Family Dentistry as long as I live in Utah.

Dr. Flick and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend them. I've been going to his office ever since he started practicing. He always keeps up on the latest technology and I know that I am getting the best dental care on the planet when I go to see him. Everyone in his office is friendly and loving and really cares about the patients! If you are looking for a new dentist that will take good care of you, this is the place to go!

I moved back to the area after years away and needed a Dentist. After reviewing their web page and reading reviews from various sites I gave Dr. Flick a chance. It has been a great experience. I have been completed satisfied with both the dental work and the friendly, professional staff.

I have been going to Dr. Flick for ten years. As a child the dentist didn't know about deadening and the pain was horrible As a teenager I got another horrible dentist. I'm telling you this to let you know why I am terrified to go to the dentist. On my very first appointment with Dr. Flick, I expressed what I had gone through. He was so understanding and so patient with me. He is so careful and does an extremely good job with my dental care. He also gives me different options for my dental care. I'm sure there are other good dentists, but I'm not only impressed with his care, but also his personality. He is so nice to be around. Everyone is his office is efficient and friendly. Thank you for all your help and the exceptional care I have been given.

Dr. Flick and his office staff are a group of people that are dedicated to helping their clients. I had an unexpected tooth problem where I needed to be seen as soon as possible. I had never had such experience before with my teeth. I know that Dr. Flick has a generally busy schedule and so I was not sure if my tooth problem would be taken care of as fast as I needed it. Fortunately, Dr. Flick's secretary made it possible to be seen in the morning! Dr. Flick not only took care of my immediate tooth problem, but also saw another possible area where it could be a contributing factor to my tooth problem, and immediately took care of it that day. I have had great experiences in Dr. Flick's office with my general cleanings and my most recent emergency experience. I also know Dr. Flick has the most competent, kind secretaries who always receive you with a smile and made your visit a pleasant one. I have been seeing Dr. Flick for more than 15 years. I was so frightened of dentists that on my first visit I asked him to give me a tranquilizer before he worked on my teeth. He obliged me and the experience was a positive one. Since that first visit, I have never asked for a tranquilizer again. I don't believe anyone loves to visit a dentist, but I can honestly say that Dr. Flick has considerably alleviated my anxieties about having dental work done. Dr. Flick has performed the following dental work on my teeth: fillings, root canals, and cap placements. A member of his staff cleans my teeth periodically. All work has been done quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. Prices are very reasonable and Dr. Flick is willing to work with you on your balance payments. His office is located in a clean, newly constructed building with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Movie viewing is offered free to all patients. I have personally watched the National Geographic specials when having work done on my teeth. Another important note: When my Marine son was home on leave, he developed a severe toothache. He could not eat or drink anything. In desperation, I called Dr. Flick to ask if he could see my son. He took him the same day and treated the toothache problem. Dr. Flick will always be my dentist!

Today was my first visit at The Dental Edge and I was really impressed with the quality of service. When I arrived, I had to wait a few minutes before I was helped, but once the receptionist appeared, I was able to immediately start my paperwork and go on to get a cleaning.

The hygienist was efficient in her work and comfortable to be around. My sister was a patient here for a few years, and I was really impressed with the hygienist's ability to remember her. It gave me the impression that they actually care about their patients.

Once my cleaning was finished, Dr. Flick came in immediately concluded the appointment. He was amiable and very open to answering any questions I had. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received and am planning to continue going there as long as I live in Provo.

My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Flick for two years and have had exceptional experiences every time. We see them twice a year and look forward to going back. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming and the hygienists are funny and up beat, making us feel incredibly comfortable and happy.

We discovered Dr. Flick by word of mouth from my sister in-law, who was having jaw problems. She visited the Dental Edge and couldn't say enough good things. We have been going there ever since.

I really enjoy going to visit the dentist now because it has been such a positive experience. The office is in a nice building, accessible, and clean. The services are affordable and professional. I recommend the Dental Edge and Dr. Flick to anyone!

Missing receptionist, they started our appointment an hour and a half later from the appointment start time (even with us arriving early), and neither Dr. Flick or Dr. Wilson were there. My wife and I were seen by some third party dentist, the hygienist was very rough on the teeth (never had that much blood for a simple cleaning), and to top it off, got a bill in the mail months later for random charges that we supposedly “paid for” when we left. First time here, last time here. There’s better dental experiences out there.
