I presented Dr. Tidwell with a difficult diagnosis. He spent the time needed to figure out the issue - even thought it didn't present itself quickly. I knew I was in the right spot when I heard him say "if it was my tooth this is what I would do". I am not a regular patient of Dr. Tidwell but when I needed immediate assistance the office personel found a way to get me seen - quickly.
